Young blonde girl lied to my husband at the drive through window telling him the system was down and he couldn’t use his Good RX (that it’s been down 3 weeks which we know was a lie we just picked up meds last week) but would have to pay cash prince of $165 instead. We came back together a couple hours later and she tried to deny she told him that. Instead the story was oh we don’t have that prescription in that dose it’s on back order. Ok after arguing our case with another girl who did try to help us, we finally got the prescription. I’ll be moving my prescriptions to somewhere else.

Everyone at this location is nice but Loretta, she is super rude and was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman. Cvs should really reconsider who they hire to work in pick up. The gentleman was having trouble seeing and she was extremely rude and said it was not her problem.

Wow! What a downgrade! Since CVS closed the Rayford store, all of my prescriptions were transferred to the Grogan Mills location. Night & Day! Grogans Mills location never seems to have my basic meds, refills are always on hold until I call to investigate, cost of meds always seems to be higher since the last refill and when I try to get my prescriptions transferred to neighboring pharmacies, CVS Grogan Mills NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

Zero stars. DO NOT use this pharmacy. It used to be good but the past year it has changed. Everyone at the store is rude, especially the pharmacy. Not only that, but the pharmacist Stacy Vo will lie straight to your face saying it takes 20 minutes to apply the insurance you always use to your order that is already completed (yet they can do it over the phone in 30 seconds), just so you have to get out of line or go all the way home and come back after waiting in line for 30 minutes because they are so freaking slow. Then when you call her out on it, she just hangs up the intercom and walks away. They will put so much effort into doing anything and everything not to help you. Save yourself the frustration and go absolutely anywhere else.

Had to walk out with recieving a consultation or prescription. The nurse demanded inwear a mask or leave. Wearing masks does not work. Nobody in the lobby, waiting in line at the pharmacy or working the front registers are wearing masks. All that same air is being filtered and spread throughout the Minute Clinic rooms. I came in for a condition unrelated to Covid19 and any type or flu symptoms. My condition was not contagious through the use of the same air. Yet this nurse wanted to exert her power trip and force me to wear a mask. She doesn't get to do that. And neither does CVS. Very upsetting. Will this lady refuse to treat someone in public in need of medical attention simply because they aren't wearing a mask? Or will she ask the person, in the middle of their medical episode, to please put a mask on first before she even begins to listen? So very very stupid. Also, did CVS recieve PPP Loans? If so, they aren't in any position to force people to wear masks. Thats an EO from the State of Texas.

Do not be fooled that the Flu Vaccination is FREE as they advertise! check with your insurance first because they'll tell you they take your insurance and everything will be paid for and it's not true. They will charge you 95 dlls for the flu vaccination AND charge you for service. My sister got the same vaccination at Walgreens, she had no insurance so they charge her $58 total. Next time I know where to go. CVS advertising and staff is misleading, I will never put a foot in this place again.

(0/5 I wish I could put)I go here to pick up medication and we ended up sitting in the drive through at the window for 10 minutes with no service and we hit the call button twice and someone finally came and asked twice what the name and date was and then proceeded to not come back to the window. We ended up leaving the drive though and going inside. Sadly to say we don't enjoy our experience at this location ever and just a recommendation to try to get it fixed. (Also inside picking up isn't any better)

Good luck getting them to answer their phone. Pretty much ever.

They are always very slow. It is unfortunate because this is a great area and we have to deal with subpar service. We waited over 20 min in the drive through actually at the window and there were 2 people standing around on the inside the third was giving Covid19 tests. They take forever to answer the phone when you call. Customer Service training is definitely needed. They also need more staff, which is reflective in the poor/slow service. I will be using another pharmacy going forward.

DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A COVID LAB TEST!!! Spring Hospital off Kuykendahl is the better option and is not so delayed in providing timely results needed for your employer. It’s been over 2 days and we are still waiting on lab test results from CVS.

I have used this location for over a year. They have become increasingly difficult and unreliable. If you can, choose elsewhere.
