The pharmacy staff are the worst in customer service ever! They don't care, they're usually ALL rude, they make you wait (without notification) an inordinate amount of time, whether in store in line or in the drive-through (very very poor service - they do not even deserve one star!). Either they're very under-staffed, or they're INEPT! But the bottom line is they have no urgency, as your time is meaningless to them. They have NO BUSINESS being in business. Their delays are RUDE in itself. There appears to be no pharmacy manager, as they're on auto-pilot, and they're UNACCOUNTABLE TO NO-ONE. Their ship is rudderless, and is always pointed towards an iceberg. What a disaster! This is completely unsatisfactory! I don't know what it will take? Don't go here, EVER!!!!!!! Don't expect an answer for accountability. Crickets.

First of all this place is the most unorganized pharmacy I've ever seen or heard of. Kingsley the pharmacy manager is a egotistical j*** (also needs to wash his gross suppose to be white pharmacy coat) He is a flat out a******* Never switch your prescriptions to this pharmacy. They care nothing about your healthcare. They don't bother trying to make things correct unless you go inside and prove they made a mistake. Just don't go there!!!!

I would like to give a zero if I could. I have been to the minute clinic, had prescriptions filled and now they don't have my insurance. Next time I go, they might have it. I have texted, emailed it, etc. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged and I know good and well the pharmacist saw me. This pharmacy is probably the worst I have been to.

The least efficient business I have ever seen. Complete mismanagement of prescriptions. They waste your time and seem to fill what they feel like filling at the pace they feel like working. The people with some snap in the pharmacy don't seem to stay, probably out of frustration. If you have another option. Use it.

We started using this pharmacy when the Randalls pharmacy in Grogan's Mill closed in February 2020. This pharmacy is the worst one I have ever experienced! They call you to say your prescription is ready. You go to the counter, no one ahead of you, and you wait for a few minutes while everyone behind the counter looks at you but does not come to the window. They finally appear, check your account and (1) they cannot find your drugs, or (2) the doctor didn't send it (call the doc and they did send it!), or (3) it's not ready. If they tell you to come back on an hour, it will still not be ready. If you buy something and go to the store main counter, there will be one person checking out customers with a long waiting line, and 2 other people stocking inventory nearby. They truly do not care about customers. I looked back over the Yelp ratings, and see the same comments dating back to 2016!! I have moved all my prescriptions to an online pharmacy, and my wife is doing that also. I don't know how they stay in business. I guess most people don't mind being treated shabbily.

So, my dermatologist prescribed an ointment that was 547 a month!! No way. The walmart pharmacist spent about 10 minutes searching for alternatives and found a coupon that brought the price down to 75 per month. Awesome. I know it was his job, but I am lucky he come over and took an interest.

I just took my wife to the Minute Clinic at this CVS on Sawdust. Miles the Nurse Practitioner was fantastic!!! What a caring kind guy. My wife is a surgery recovery nurse and she said his knowledge was fantastic as well. Thank you Miles for your positive attitude and great manners. The world needs more like you.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Lousy customer service. I was happy at HEB but new insurance company is making us go elsewhere now. Everytime we have to pick up a prescription or get one filled, it's a nightmare. They stare at you like you're an alien and refuse to acknowledge you. They wait on other people that are actually behind you and they talk to you in a whisper. Prescriptions I used to get filled with no problems seem to be troublesome for them. And they are F***ING rude and stupid. We're switching to Walgreens because this is unacceptable service anywhere. And they are supposed to be professionals. Wow!

That's the worst pharmacy. I've been going there for almost 2 years. But it was enough. Never had medication available. Many times I had to drive another location but finally today I went to Walgreens. Thank God. This pharmacy have many things To work on.

Kaylee is a cat-herding, chainsaw juggling superwoman, and Nick is a fantastic team leader. Kudos to all!

So I went in to get pictures printed and honestly half of them were bad quality even though they looked good before being printed. The manager Diana was very rude to me when I told her about the quality and before she even said anything she said I don't know how I can help her anyways to one of her coworkers before actually talking to me. And proceeded to give me attitude like I was inconveniencing her. As a manger I would expect better customer service, I'm so disappointed in how the situation was handle.
