Noshe in the pharmacy has no idea what she is doing and probably needs to find new work. Checks on the computer we have the prescription come back in 15 minutes. Wait in line again for the prescription and tells me they're out of it. They tell me to call around to other pharmacies to see if they have it. I asked if they were serious. They finally called another location and found the medication. Went to the other store and they sent the prescription to the wrong store. Worst customer service ever. Find a new pharmacy. Do not recommend.

I nearly lost my job and my entire life today because of CVS. They failed to deliver my medication for two weeks and neglected to inform me in advance about my insurance issues. These large chain pharmacies are detrimental, overworking their staff while understaffing the pharmacies. I had suicidal thoughts for the first time in a long while due to the lack of my essential medication. Maintaining a normal life becomes incredibly challenging when such issues arise, and the long wait times and unresponsiveness on the phone exacerbate the problem. This CVS experience revealed the severe impact of poor customer service on my life. While the situation is more complex than I can express here. The entire events would take up this whole space. I just know I've been on bed rest and helpless.

Made one of the very limited appointments for their Minute Clinic, and it was anything but... we waited an extended period of time to even be greeted, although there were no other customers and 2 service providers. My appointment was for 4:30, by the time I was even checked in, my daughter's 5:00 appointment should have been starting. The ladies made no effort to expedite their process and even told me they had other patients, referring to another CVS employee that came in, and obviously took priority. At 6:00pm, only one of us had test results and a course of treatment. And of course the CVS employee, that came in after us, had been serviced and was gone on her merry way. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

this cvs pharmacy location sucks .. the line is always extremely long, It shouldn't take you 20 mins per client at the drive through.

Worst service ever. Pharmacist was being rude and talking over us and then lied that my prescription wasn't in the system at all and was dismissive even though I'm pregnant and really needed these prescriptions and of course the man above her was no help or concern either.

The pharmacy trash don't even go here they wanted to blame the doctor saying that he didn't have the instructions right for the medication when he did then he said he tired to call but the doctor said he never got a call and when I called the doctor answered me didn't make no sense just a horrible experience here having to wait so long for my medication

Their covid testing is awful, they have bunch of cars waiting on their appointment outside. All while the person responsible of taking care of them is out and about not attending their appointments. Ridiculous
