One of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had.
My doctor sent two prescriptions, and I called CVS to ask when the last day to pick them up was. The pharmacist on the phone told me: “You have until Saturday.”
I went on that exact Saturday, and a different pharmacist told me one of the prescriptions had expired. I explained what I was told, and she said: “Maybe the other pharmacist was confused.” A pharmacist confused? Really?
Then she told me: “It’s okay, we’ll redo it — you’ll have two more weeks, but it will take us about 3.5 hours to prepare it!!”
Of course I didn’t wait 3.5 hours and left, planning to come back the following week to pick it up.
Nobody ever mentioned anything about a 30-day limit from when the doctor sent the prescription. No texts. No calls. No warnings. Nothing.
Now, when I called again to pick it up (3 days before the new 2-week window ends), they told me it’s expired again and I need to contact the doctor to resend it.
This place is careless, inconsistent, and completely unprofessional.

The minute clinic is horrible here. I booked my daughter’s vaccination here and running a few minutes late coming from school, so I called to let them know but they don’t allow any communication via phone. So when I got there, I told the pharmacy staff what happened and they kindly let the minute clinic lady know we arrived and when she came out, I explained what happened and her response was “that doesn’t do me any good”, then basically told me I need to make another apt for later and quickly shut the door (so I can’t ask her any more question). She was cold, unprofessional and not at all compassionate. (Why did she choose this profession???) I didn’t wanna deal with her, so I left and got vaccination somewhere else. Don’t go here. For the same vaccination, it’s available at Cypresswood Dr and Kuykendahl which is more traditional service style and has courteous staff. (Thankfully no minute clinic there and actual pharmacy staff would administer shots)

This Minute Clinic is very nice and efficient. It's clean and well organized from making appointment to Check in and getting medications right next door- inside at the Pharmacy. Ms. K Barnett was very helpful, thorough and listened to my ailments. I agreed with her diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend this Minute Clinic. The wait was short which is nice especially when you don't feel your best. Also, pharmacy was very attentive and efficient as well!

Jessica at the pharmacy is the rudest, she won't even allow you to finish speaking. I can't believe the quality of the f service has come to this type of person to be allowed to represent this or any other company.

The pharmacy tech that wears the hijab has the worst attitude ever! I understand being backed up, I understand having to wait for medication…what I do not understand is having to wait over 4 hours when the medication is in stock and the tech treating me like I’m doing something wrong because I’m asking for the status because my mother is sick?!?! This is by far the worst CVS

Oh, my gosh! I just left this CVS pharmacy and I go here all the time and usually everyone is so nice and helpful. Today, this one particular pharmacist (larger woman, blond ponytail, sunglasses on her head) yelled at and berated her co-workers. I’ve seen her be very rude in the past, but today was especially unacceptable. I’m kicking myself for not videoing it - I was just so shocked. I can’t imagine what it’s like to work in that toxic environment. How do I bring this to the attention of CVS corporate?
