I went in to get a passport photo after waiting 50 minutes at Walgreen's where they royally messed up my order and I got a refund. I was in and out of CVS in 15 minutes with my passport photos.

The little short pharmacist is very rude and impatient. He makes everyone more irritated and angry .He needs to be replaced or learn how to act from his co workers . Every other worker there is great but him.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Using a GoodRX coupon required them to reprint my prescription paperwork. 15 minutes later I'm STILL waiting. Only four other people, counting drive thru, came in while I was waiting. I don't understand.

Never go to this CVS Pharmacy…..rude, obnoxious staff that hangs up on patients who inquire about their prescriptions….a disrespectful, disgusting human being of a pharmacist named KINGSLEY UCHE AHAIWE, who talks down to women and consistently hangs up on patients who ask for their life saving medications to be transferred because they moved…people like this are an insult to the pharmaceutical business….they should NEVER be allowed to associate with the public….pharmacy staff like “Monique”, who lie about how they are new to the pharmacy just to avoid DOING THEIR JOB….I have already reported them to not only the BBB, but plan on speaking to CVS’s corporate office about how they ILLEGALLY hold YOUR prescriptions so no other pharmacy can process those LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS….if you care about your family, friends, and neighbors, avoid the CVS PHARMACY OF GROGANS MILL

Don’t go to the CVS if you are looking for assistance with anything you need. Also, expect to check out yourself. Prices are also much higher than the other larger discount stores.

The 2106 Rayford Road CVS location recently closed and all of the pharmaceutical business has now been forwarded to the Riley Fuzzel location. The employees at the new location are unable to cover all the pharmaceutical needs for all of the customers involved and it reflects negatively on CVS. Because of this, I will seek insurance from my company next year that doesn’t require me to come to CVS because of its poor customer service.

This pharmacy is very disorganized and untrained. Three times, I've gone to pick up a prescription that is normally covered ,and none of the staff know how to correct the issue.

I went in for a passport photo. The employee, Courtney, was despicably and disgustingly rude, abrupt, and condescending. I didn't address her unpleasant, miserable attitude and disposition directly with her. I pity the miserable soul. I chuckled when I left though, and said a very brief prayer for her. I suppose this is the best CVS can find. Not surprising so many locations are closing.

I have used this pharmacy for several years without issue, but in the past few months I have experienced several problems with getting prescriptions filled, delivered, and just outright misinformation being provided by the pharmacy staff. The staff is always very friendly, the employees who have been there for awhile are the most helpful!It’s just seems lately that I have a not so great experience with every prescription

I came to the pharmacy on March 18, 2023 to pick up my daughter prescription. The pharmacist asked for the name and date of birth, and I gave it to him. he then told me that he saw nothing for her. He asked for the name and date of birth again I gave it to him. He assured me that nothing was there. I immediately went home to call the doctors office and ask them. Why haven’t they sent over my daughter’s prescription as promised? they said they did on the 15th I called the pharmacies the next day and they were closed. I downloaded the app and was able to look at the prescription and sure enough. The prescription has been here since 3/15. I hurry up, got off work early to come here at 5:20 and the pharmacy is closed. The hours on the Internet says that the pharmacy is open until 6 PM. It’s time for me to transfer to somewhere else.

I never have problem with any of the staff everyone's always so super helpful however They take the absolute longest time to get anything done. I over an to get one silly prescription picked up. I would transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy but I'm so close to moving that it doesn't matter at this point anyway.

I got to my appointment and the nurse as always is hiding in her room with the door closed. They don’t have a phone to call and they only have one kiosk. When I arrived two people were at the kiosk and it took them 15 minutes. While I’m waiting to sign in the nurse comes out and takes in other people at my appt time. 30 minutes later I’m still sitting in the waiting chair. Waste of time? We will see…
