The pharmacy has terrible service. They always have only one person serving you, and if you have a prescription, you have to be on the alert because they never notify you, and after waiting for your medication, they send you back to the line. This place is horrible.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. During my recent visit, I experienced a situation that was completely unacceptable. A pharmacy employee told me, “We are in America, you need to speak English.” She is an older African American lady, she wears glasses. Her manager was right next to her, he heard everything and didn’t even say a word to her remark.
Not only is this a racist and ignorant remark, it was also said in a rude, dismissive tone. This kind of behavior has no place in a business that serves a diverse public. Being in America doesn’t mean people lose their right to speak another language — especially when they’re not being disruptive or disrespectful.
No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome because of their language or background. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how their employees speak to and treat people. Respect should be a basic expectation.

Called the pharmacy side of CVS, and they were quick to try to get me off the phone. I had questions on vaccines, and the lady was so rude. Will be doing my business at Walgreens.

I am a couponer and this is one of my favorite stores. They have a good selection of products, seem to get new products sooner than other stores, and have kind cashiers who help with issues and are happy to ring me up (versus set checkout) when I have coupons that need a cashier.

I just came here to say how extremely annoying this pharmacy is. There are always at least six cars in the drive-thru line and if you go inside you have the same amount of wait time that you would in the drive-thru. I am currently sitting in the drive-thru and have been for the past 20 minutes behind one car. This is freaking ridiculous!! As soon as I can find another CVS in my neighborhood I will rescue myself from this hell
Update. After sitting in line for over 30 minutes, I arrived at the window to be told that my prescription had been removed even after I called the day before and they told me that they would hold it. I told the pharmacist to have a nice night and I left. Done with CVS. Having my prescription moved to a different pharmacy in the morning.. unfortunately, I am not allowed to give a zero star rating.
