My wife and I have been going to this same CVS store for over 20+ years. The store is very clean and is always well stocked. The staff both the store and the Pharmacy are very helpful and professional.

Shop your prescription prices. They don't assist with finding the most cost effective way, for the consumer. I don't feel like going into details- but I felt that the pharmacist was too LAZY to be bothered. I will go elsewhere in the future! There's a Walgreens & HEB right across the street, and a Kroger right around the corner! :)

This is the worst most incompetent pharmacy at this location I have ever dealt with. They don't even send alerts and let you know what is going on with your medication. Tried calling in to do the automated system and it says that RX has already been filled... which obviously it hasn't thats why I called. So I talk to one of the pharmacist and even she doesn't have a clue what is going on. Told me she doesn't deal with that and call a different day?!?! What? You are a pharmacist but you don't deal with people's medications getting filled? Told me call some other day?!? REALLY? A pharmacy that just lets people run out of their medications cause they forgot to order it and don't hardly keep anything but the most common meds in stock, which I now have heard from multiple people confiming this about this location. Most incompetent people at this location ever. Besides that, in store prices for OTC meds and everything else is way overpriced in all CVS's but that's a whole different issue. Anyways avoid this location and avoid these people that work there, terrible service.

The pharmacy is absolutely amazing!!! I'm visiting from Austin and accidentally forgot my inhaler. I called the pharmacy while I was having an asthma attack and they were able to fill my prescription for an inhaler with minutes!! Absolutely amazing ladies- literal angels! Thank you so so much

I need to transfer to this location for me and my family pharmacy needs. Today was my second time having to come here because my cvs was out of stock or unable to fill my Rx. Both times l came here l got service excellence from two different pharmacists both of whom went out of their way to help me. Today the pharmacist filled my prescription on the spot in less than 3 minutes. He must have typed 100 words per minute and was moving fast to serve me. I felt so important and valued. The other pharmacist gave me tips, home remedies, and also provided this fast speed of service during my first visit. I am very impressed with this location! Please train other Houston stores to model your customer service and compassion.

Great service! The pharmacy had my flu medication ready in about ten minutes after I dropped it off. The store was very clean and there was not a long line. Everything looked like it was clean and ready for the weekend since I came in on a Friday.The pharmacist actually saved me about $30 by signing me up for a CVS card. It saved me money instead of just using the insurance provided card I had. Very happy with my service here!
