Tried three times to get ahold of the pharmacy to ask a question and all I get is a recording. Are there any live humans that work there? Going somewhere else.

Too many issues at store and pharmacy. Maybe someone from corpoate office should visit herea couple times...whathappened to me at pharmacy is unacceptable to the extreme!!!

Incredible service! I had some issues with my insurance, which was terminated a day or two before without warning by my dependent. My vaccination was urgent as I needed it to apply for nursing school. Ms./Mrs.Ramla was supportive, kind, and helpful while trying to help me through my situation. She even helped me alleviate some of the costs. I have so much gratitude for her!

This is a PHARMACY REVIEW*
My child has asthma and went to get his inhaler here and they gave me nothing but issues regarding the insurance (medicaid) said I had to pay out of pocket for his inhaler because the insurance didn't cover it.. I said to try it again his DR got the insurance approval they said you will have to come back.. a few days later they say okay everything is fine please pick up RX. Pick it up and they said your insurance still didn't pay.. at this point I am like how much is it I will just pay as he really needs it right now. Come to find out after I called my DR they approved this and sent them approval from the orig p/u date and CVS never even had the correct insurance info saying what they had was invalid (mind you we picked up 3 other RX earlier that week) This place is an UNORGANIZED DISASTER! I was a CVS customer for over 15 years and this just makes me want to WALGREENS it up! Get it together Pharmacy Team!

It’s evil coming from employees including management. It’s at the point where people would prefer being at other locations and store brands all together. If it happens again it’ll be investigated from upper level offices. The customers are the ones that should be empowered not egos of those there to assist them.

Cashier was excellent, helped me load money on a card use my coupons and helped me save money, I wish I had caught her name because I was very impressed she actually knew her job and how to do it and then did it. Sounds so simple but for others in the past it has seemed to be difficult. Not this girl. Good job CVS.
