Every time I have come here I've never had an issue, until today, when I went to the pharmacy at 5:30 to go get my husband's medicine, I waited, almost till 6 o'clock in line because they literally had a customer at the window waiting for the prescription to be filled. I said OK no problem. I have to go get my daughter. I'm gonna come back. No big deal until it became a big deal. Waited again right before 8 o'clock. I got there about 745. Same issue. They are having someone wait at the window to have their prescription filled. Then because it hit eight they shut down, so not only if I come back now twice for my husband's meds that he needs when we were alerted today that it was ready today to possibly not even get the meds. So I go inside. The gate is obviously down and I explain to them I was waiting in line you guys shut the window say you're closed when I am now come back for the second time for these meds. Course the reluctant to give it to me, but they do give it to me, but not until Barbara the pharmacist who should be fired for her lack of professionalism decides to go and say ma'am this was ready yesterday. What does that have to do with anything? I am here today I could've been in the hospital yesterday I could've been on the road yesterday. There could've been any reason for me not to come yesterday. CVS really needs to reevaluate their staff, and Barbara should be fired with no means of unemployment either. I will be moving my kids medicine from this pharmacy. If you want professionalism, and if you want timely manner, this place is not it.

Stopped in on the way to work to grab something I needed quickly. I was third in line when the woman upfront was going back-and-forth with coupons for 10 minutes. Totally not the stores fault but IF had they had another cashier on, the growing number of irritated people in line behind this coupon woman would have been not so difficult. I then get to the front and the young woman asked me if I have any coupons. I say nope, just paying with cash real quick. She then says she can't take me at that register because it's only for coupons, comes out from behind the counter, and then walked me over to the self-service machine. I've never used one of these things as I'm morally against them and now I'm almost running late for work. Had to cash myself out with machine kept spitting my bills back at me as I paid with a 10, five, and two ones for some mascara. Process took much longer than I wanted especially because she had to come over and show me where to insert cash. I get the $15 an hour has caused many many companies to get rid of all of their human employees and force everyone to use the self check outs but I won't be back here.

How do you run a pharmacy and vaccine clinic, and not allow a customer to use a bathroom? Incredibly rude and unhelpful pharmacy employees.

Favorite store in Houston/Spring! The customer service is simply the best. The store manager is always working but never too busy for the customers. Great job CVS !

Third time is not the charm...at Cypresswood/Kuykendahl CVS. Up until a few weeks ago, I'm typically met with a "How are you? Welcome to CVS!" when I enter the door; however, such has not been the case lately. There is a specific associate (amidst a few others now) who insist(s) on being slighting, dispositioned, & demeaning in how they interacts with myself as well as others when I'm there. Purposefully, I tried to ignore this specific associate and speak with the other associate on duty. She spoke out to insist that she was already available. (She likely did this to save face in front of the other associate.) Still, I ventured on with there. She did not help me with my issue amidst a "I don't care to be around people." disposition. After it became clear that the transaction was negatively imposed (as she still did not properly assist me with my issue), I left and went to the location on 2920. I quickly found them item there and I got for half the price the initial associate was trying to make me pay. All of the staff I dealt with @ 2920 was cordial, respectful, and successful at getting me what I came for. Cypresswood's CVS: you've got issues with the staff there. Many of them interact with us like they don't want to be there, and given that such the season of giving, management may want to give this issue proper attention. I don't see any good ratings here for this location. The shareholders, board, CFO's, and owners will not smile upon the reality that they're paying people who are being disrespectful to those who are affording the brand to be what it's striving to be.

I was not a fan of having to get the covid vaccination, but the pharmacy here at this CVS made me feel comfortable, because they were organized, clean, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for that.

Go here if you want to wait for 30 minutes by the pharmacy when there are 3 people behind the counter and no other customers, and one of them loudly complaining that the should've left 30 minutes ago but was casually chatting with the other pharmarist. Also, if its on your bucket list to get your booster shot on a metal fold out chair next to the adult underwear while Taylor Swift plays, go here!

If I could give a zero I would. The pharmacy tech Farnhan is rude, unprofessional, not accommodating to the client. When he filled the incorrect medicine and I alerted him, his response "I asked you if that was the right one didn't I" no sir you did not. I have visited this location 4 times in 2 days about one prescription just for them to fill the incorrect prescription. Then they Sent me to a cvs 20 minutes away to not transfer my prescription and cause a problem. The pharmacist while nice she passes the buck too, they are lazy individuals at this location. I am extremely upset, I am forced to use cvs pharmacy due to my job using Caremark. The is the most unpleasant experience I ever received from a pharmacy!

Opinion: People typically frequent stores that have a good working environment and stores that treat their employees equally. This store does not. My GF worked at this location. The day prior to her deciding the store was not for her she worked the evening shift. That evening someone walked in, filled a basket up with store items. On the way out she questioned that person, was shoved and almost pushed down, and the person with the basket full of items took off with several stolen items. There was another person that same evening who walked out with several items as well. The manager Bryant who was not on shift did not even have the decency to ask her if she was ok after this incident happened. Instead he asked if she got a license plate number as if she was expected to run out after the thief. If you are ever in this CVS observe how many people are working, trying to assist you, and the general safety of the store. Also observe how all employees are being treated by the managers (Nancy and Bryant). Give Bryant a big pat on the back for making this location a place employees do not want to come into and in general making people feel worthless or picked on. The definition of a manager is a person responsible for supervising and motivating employees and for directing the progress of an organization. Bryant is not a manager.
