Excellent, except for the phone issue. She had a hard time hearing me and was pushed to a survey rather then trying to fix the issue. So, I called back and got the help I needed.

My only concern would be to add a few lights outside to increase more well lit areas .There is a Hole 🕳️ in the back side of the gate that should be looked at however it’s does not cause a serious concern. Just like the homeless individual out front mentioned in a previous review .He is not a threat nor does he cause any harm/problems to anyone. I actually frequent the stores in the area & see him quite often & like many others I see whom have conversed with him you can tell he has a mental illness .For anyone who has hesitations regarding renting here I rent here currently and highly recommended you come visit or one of the other surrounding locations 💯

I was a customer from summer 2019 to summer 2024. The facility was great. Access was easy. I had air conditioned storage and it kept my property in good condition.
