My boys have been coming here all summer and have really enjoyed it. The trainers are great! They’re engaged and always making sure the kids are performing the exercises correctly. Especially this trainer (don’t know his name)! Keep up the good work!

I have been bringing my two kids to D1 for a while now and have noticed their endurance has significantly improved. They are more energetic, and their attitude has improved since they started working out. I also like the friendly coaches; the manager is very friendly, the facility is spotless, and most importantly, the bathrooms are clean. Great work D1

I am very happy with the results achieved in D1. In just a few weeks, I noticed the difference. The trainers are very friendly and explain each exercise well

The D1 team has been absolutely amazing in coaching and developing my two boys. Evan, who’s heading into 8th grade, is building confidence every day for football, while Zach, going into 3rd grade, has loved the chance to train alongside his brother. Coach Nate and the entire team are truly A+ in my book!

D1 Fitness is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the coaches are passionate about what they do and fully invested in helping every individual succeed. Each coach brings incredible energy, knowledge, and encouragement to every session. They don’t just guide you through a workout — they challenge you, push you to put in the work, and make sure you’re constantly improving.
What I appreciate most is that the coaches strike the perfect balance between motivation and accountability. They hold you to a high standard, but they also create an environment that is welcoming and supportive for all fitness levels. Every workout is structured, purposeful, and designed to help you reach your goals.
If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly cares about your progress and you’re willing to put in the effort, D1 Fitness is second to none. The results speak for themselves, and the team atmosphere makes the hard work enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

My 9-year-old son has been training here and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. His trainer Nate is patient, encouraging, and really knows how to keep kids motivated while still making the workouts fun. I’ve already noticed a big boost in my son’s confidence, strength, and discipline since starting. It’s clear the staff genuinely cares about helping him reach his goals both in and out of the gym. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and supportive training environment for their kids!

D1 Spring has been really good for our kids. They both play basketball and needed to get faster and stronger. Both have happened. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Avoid at all costs. It’s like a revolving door of management. So whether you email or call the chances are slim that you’ll get a response, but they sure will sure take your money every week. We were actually told be the General Manager at another location to dispute the charges with our bank and there was nothing they could do to cancel our membership because they don’t have access to other locations.

I don't know what happened to this place. Who's in charge? I did a summer pause for my two kids for the summer last year (2024). I came in before school started to speak with someone (at the time it was Austin) because they had continued to withdraw payments over the summer. I also, told him that my kids would NOT be back until December because they were in sports and activities that required them to stay after school and there was no way I could get them there in time for classes. At the same time I was enrolled in the the program for Military Veterans where I could attend up to 5 times per week if I wanted. However, due to an old knee injury that kept giving problems my doctor advised me to not continue the program because it was too high intensity for my knee. I notified Austin that I would have to drop out of that myself.
That was August. Then just before Halloween I went back to speak with someone because payments had continued to be withdrawn for my kids as well as myself; I was getting a notice of enrollment for myself in the Veteran program so apparently they were still taking money like I was going. Once again I was given apologies and assured that the matter would be fixed and my money returned (by Austin).
Of course it did not. I went back in mid November to find out Austin no longer works there and was given an email for a Keith Barnes to request a refund. I emailed him and to date have not heard back from him. The withdrawls did stop but that is the least they could do when they now owe me more than $1,342.50 and a refund for the remaining 10 pre-paid one-on-one classes I paid for. So that's another $1,000! I am in the process of filling a small claims law suit. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!
I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THESES CROOKS!
Maybe check out D1 in the Woodlands, but make sure you get everything in writing and the names of all responsible individuals so you don't have to go through what I have!
I wish I could have given them ZERO stars!

We went out to check this place out, seemed promising but my child stated they simply did drills nothing major or helpful, so we decided not to use services. These people continued to charge my card after making me pay a cancelation fee that they never stated in the beginning and then refused to discuss it over the phone or give the manager info to discuss. Instead they provided an email to send correspondence about these absurd fees it's been over a month since we have been there and yet they still collecting money from me and making it hard to get it back. Save yourself the trouble-- DONT USE THESE SERVICES!!

I moved to Spring about two months ago and initially I joined a $10 per month gym and I just couldn’t stay motivated to train everyday. I searched for other gyms in my area and came across D1 and it’s been everything I expected and wanted. I love that the coaches are athletes who trained and know how to train other athletes and former athletes but at the same time they know how to train and motivate the soccer mom and make them feel welcomed.
Update to my review. At the beginning of April of this year I advised D1 that I wanted to cancel my membership there because it was too expensive and that I found a better gym at a cheaper price. The manager advised that he would pause my membership for two months and if after those two months I choose not to return he would cancel my membership. After those two months passed the gym debited the membership fee from my account without my authorization and without me restarting my membership. I contacted the manager and he stated that because he didn’t hear from me he decided to restart my membership. That’s a bad business practice from my point of view. I should have received a call or email to ask if I would like to restart my membership or continue with the cancellation. Steer clear from D1 Spring! They’re expensive and you can only train there during their class times. At $180 per month I should be able to train when it’s convenient for me not for the gym.

Corina Collins is an amazing functional fitness instructor who helped us push our weightlifting limits. Thank you for keeping track of how much weight we lifted in each exercise so that we could surpass it the following week. Her support and knowledge have been essential to our progress. Thanks for inspiring us to reach new levels of strength and performance.
