I had the worst experience in this location, the employee Marissa came up to me falsely accusing me of stealing whiled just trying to shop she was extremely rude I repeatedly told her I wasn’t stealing anything she ask me if I snuck anything in my clothes and I was completely shocked that she would’ve even ask that at that point I was more then willing to show her any of my belongings proving I wasn’t stealing ANYTHING and after I did she walked away ! That is not okay you don’t just accuse people of stealing unless you have ACTUAL EVIDENCE it felt like discrimination.

I recently had a troubling experience at this store when I asked if I could use the bathroom. Gloria, who was working at the time, refused and said it was because “people who come to this store never flush the toilet.” When I asked for more clarification, she continued to deny access to both bathrooms. This felt like an unjustified excuse and, frankly, it seemed to stem from an unfair bias. It was a clear example of discriminatory behavior that targeted specific groups of customers. The way Gloria spoke, with such a generalization, made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, and it was incredibly frustrating. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service, and the refusal to provide a basic service like access to a bathroom seemed to be rooted in an unfair stereotype. This situation felt very much like an example of racism. Disappointing and upsetting, to say the least.

I went into the store last night to shop and had a purse with me. I shopped for about an hour came to the front to pay the girl was nice to the people in front of me. I walked up said hello nothing .. then the security stood behind me during my check out ONLY... when I finished checking out. The security went back to the stand. As I was leaving they both waited and watched to see if the alarm went off.(my assumption) Why do you put a dds in a shopping plaza if I'm not allowed to have bags.. I put my purse in the front of my cart in my items in the back of my cart specifically to avoid this kind of problem. I don't want to steal anything from your discount store, So I shouldn't be treated like I am..

I never knew how much merchandise they had. Nice, organized, and clean. The prices are very decent. Maybe a little cheaper than Marshall's or Ross. I ross shopping there.

I always swing by this location because it’s the nearest to me, but every time I come I hate the customer service. While I’m waiting in a long line they have 1 cashier and usually 1-3 employees standing there around speaking to that employee ringing out clients. I don’t think they care about the perception of the shoppers. I manage a very popular retailer and something like this should be kept top of mind. While I have been in line already 10 minutes I have seen this employee check his phone multiple times, yawn, glance at me and continue to speak to the other employee at the register.
If there is a policy where a manager cannot be on the registers then maybe they shouldn’t stand around the way that they do.

This seems like a nice store but it has cruel women working there. I asked to use the restroom, I believe she's the manager. Whatever that big thing is, she told me somebody had to let me in. I asked her, " Should I wait by the restrooms?" She she said yes, so I proceeded to go wait for like ten minutes and nobody never showed up. I come back up front and she is talking to 2 other workers, none were helping customers and I told her thanks for nothing. I'll go to Target and as I was walking out, they looked at each other and started laughing. If that's how they get there kicks. I don't need to shop there.
