My appointment to have all 4 tires replaced was at 10am. I got there at 9:30, my car started getting worked on at 9:58 and everything was completed by 10:11.The guys at the 6510 FM 2920 location were super fast are amazing!!! Great experience!!

Absolutely professional and fast service. Had their earliest appointment and I was out the door with whole new set of tires in no less than 15 minutes! Really impressed. This location is great!
Tires I got were 10mm wider than stock set up from factory. Kumho Ecsta ps31 in 225/40/18. Steering turn in precision took a noticeable hit, but overall comfort and ease of stepping out the rear both increased. These are definitely gonna last longer than the stock Michelin pilot sport 4 that come with the car in 215/40/18. Kumho’s are less than half the cost, ride smoother, and absorb bumps better.

I was really impressed on how customers were in and out. Ali helped me, he was very informative agree very professional. There was an hiccup before me getting my tires, a guy came to explain/keep me up dated. I thanked him and assured him that I it was okay.

This is currently the best store in North Houston. Mickey and his entire team worked with me to find the right fitment for my aftermarket wheels on a 2021 AMG GTC Pro. They ordered 2 options to try and one of them was perfect. They were courteous, flexible and knowledgeable.

Got my tire swapped under warranty (shoutout to discount tire!) and the service was quick, easy, and painless. I called multiple discount tires to ensure they had my tire in stock and this one had it !
One thing I want to mention that I found interesting, was that regardless of the shop I called, as soon as I mentioned my car was a Tesla, everyone would start speaking about the car negatively and tried using made up facts to justify themselves. It almost felt like “Tesla hate” was required skill for job, which I found hilarious! I normally don’t care about writing this type of feedback but due to how many of the Discount tire employees that were misinformed about electric cars in general , I was concerned that maybe they should learn a bit more about a technology that will be here to stay.
Either way like I stated originally, great experience and service overall.
I wonder if other electric car owners have had similar experiences consistently?
