Not too pleased Vith the manager, alignments need alot of Vork, refused to road test, refused to refund the amount of $$$ for a botched alignments, almost as lousy as appliance 4 kess CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE!

My visit today was a Spectacular one! Tyler, the man with the plan! With a great stache too.. was welcoming, friendly, great attitude and very helpful. He got me taken care of with my new tore purchase. Then when I returned I had Noah ready to go wanting to help. I'm grateful to have this location so close to home.. I came from the Southeast side of Houston and although this can be a very tiring career, they weren't so friendly. I'm grateful to have e come to this location and will plan on coming here every time for my needs. Well done management! Thank you Tyler and Noah for going above and beyond.

Discount made a mistake and damaged my truck by backing into a box truck and denting my bed. The Manager Keith is a little sweetie that loves to help people when issues like this occur. I was compensated partly by their insurance but Keith was quick to get a hold of me and offer me an insane discount on a new set of very expensive tires. About 75% off. Discount/Keith went above and beyond to keep a nearly 30 year long customer. Thank you Keith .. you big softy! Loving my new tires..... Looking forward to working with you in the future... see ya soon!

Beware of this location. They charge more! Go to 2920 and save $$$
One month ago, I went to Discount Tire on 2920. My front driver's tire was destroyed. I got two new tires, which they placed on the back, and moved the back tires up front. Even though I got two new tires, I only paid $150 for one (driver tire was under warranty).
One month later, the front driver's tire had a knot in it. When I came to this location on Louetta, I was told that the tire would be under warranty again, but I was once again recommended to replace the passenger side tire.
I 100% understand this and agree.
My problem is that I got the exact same tires in the same circumstances, where the driver's tire was under warranty, and I only had to buy one tire. Except this time, there wouldn't be any moving tires around.
Why did I pay $100 extra for the exact same tire, same circumstance, and everything else?
Beware of this location. They charge more! Go to 2920 and save $$$

Very courteous service. However what’s the purpose of an appointment done online or by phone???. Was waiting in a long line for more than half an hour behind the customers that showed up without appt.

Wife took her car to this location earlier this week because it was closest to where she was when she found a nail in her tire. She was told it was a stem leak and they fixed that. A couple of days later, the nail is still there and the tire is low again so I'll be taking it in to another location. Even if you think the issue was a stem leak, how do you not give it a once over when it's up??

Pretty mediocre experience from all of my previous discount visits. I work in the automotive industry and have pretty high standards so when im told 45 mins to complete the work and 1 hour in my truck wasn’t touched its was definitely annoying. AL work on your promise times and customer service skills. All the techs were great kids hard working.
