I wanted to give my Tire representative a personal shout out for taking care of me in my precarious tire situation. I know his name started with a B my apologies for not remembering. With that being said I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, I forgot to mention it was 20 minutes to closing. When I showed him my tire he took a breath because he has to break the news to me that not only could he not patch my tire my other 3 needed to be replaced. I totally understood. He was able to offer me reasonably priced tires for my SUV. Due to such kindness and professionalism I will always think of and go to Discount Tires. No matter what location I go to they always take care of me. Thank You Discount Tires for being professional, timely and efficient. You have a customer for life.

Absolutely unacceptable to make an appointment for a specific date and time all to be seen well after that time frame. After escalating my complaint to corporate, local management goes through its blah blah excuse and routine of convincing me that they got booked and I had to be waitlisted. Wait! How am I being waitlisted in the first place when I made an appointment? That’s what appointments are for, would you not agree? I sat there and watched many people come in and out and go before me which means they did not prioritize me the least bit despite having an appointment. I have come to this location for years and never seen such subpar service ever. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again!

I went here just to get an air check and waiting 20 minutes just for someone to come and check my tries. People drove up and drove off while I was still sitting there waiting. May not come back to this location if this is how long it takes them just to do something basic like checking my air pressure.

The location I visited is top notch and I was extremely satisfied with the whole process including wait time. I bought 4 new tires and a new spare. I was there less than an hour. Great job guys!!!

I have been a customer since 1978. Have always had Discount Tire for new tires and rotate and balance.
Whenever I purchase a new car I always drive it to Discount to purchase the warranty to help maintain the tires. I strongly advise you to consider this option.

Blake was amazing. However, I paid for new windshield wipers and when I got home I realized the technician had not installed them. So I had to drive all the way back to get them installed. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Big shout out to Blake who got it done right away when I went back

Passing through from California the representative came and looked at my tire because it had a nail. He made sure it wasn’t punctured and didn’t charge me. He was professional and caring. Thank you I will be back with my business.

I suggest you book an appointment. The service at 23221 Aldine Westfield Rd was exceptional and very timely. The Staff was very friendly and informative. It took less than 50 minutes to complete install. I will recommend their services to anybody

I had to go and get a tire plugged recently. The staff at the 1960 location was decent. But one of the gentleman, although nice, he was kind of stand offish. Not sure why. But, I didn’t fully trust him as well. But the location on 249 was amazing!!

*BEWARE OF THIS DISCOUNT TIRE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU’RE BLACK*
I had a very uncomfortable moment for my first time going to this location. I went there to get two tires changed. When I got my car back, my tire sensors showed it was too much air in my tires (all in 40’s when the tire pressure is supposed to be between 28-36) next morning there was a nail in my new tire. Now I see why there was so much air in my tire!! I definitely won’t be back to this location!!! If anything other person/people has been through something weird at this location please post your review because I know I’m not the one. (Always check your car before you leave)

I have learned to appreciate this team, although as a customer you may have a problem but this team will do everything they can with in policy to provide best customer service.
As a personal recognition Clayton demonstrate he is an outstanding leader, my hat is off for this man. It is very much respectful to see the effort he puts in to ensure the customers are well taken care. As manager to ensure his team is good, jumping in getting dirty is going above and beyond. This may be a policy but it is not seen enough.
