Horrible experience. This guys abuse of women and teenagers. I send my daughter to fix a nail for small leak and 30 minutes later she arrived at home with new tire $120. I saw the nail just in the middle of the tire but the guy told her “is un fixable”. Money Money Money. Everything this poor people think. The guy crossing the street can fix the tire for $10 and in a few minutes. Discounts tire aggressive hungry employees ??

To improve customer service at Discount Tire, it would be beneficial for staff to acknowledge customers as soon as they enter the establishment. Instead of customers having to inquire if they are being attended to, a staff member could greet them with a phrase like, "Good evening, I'll be with you in just one moment." This approach is effective even if there are no customers at the register, as it makes customers feel recognized and valued from the moment they step in. Such proactive communication can significantly enhance the customer experience.

This past Sunday on the way to brunch with friends, my rear passenger tire popped as I was driving on Highway 59 right before the Hamilton exit. Luckily, I was able to drive to a gas station and get towed by AAA back home with no incidence.I immediately made my mind up that I was going to get 4 brand new tires. The two places I had in mind were Pep Boys and Discount Tire.I originally scheduled with Pep Boys because they had a buy 3 get 1 free tire promotion; however, the day of my appointment, I called to ask questions and the person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and argumentative. The person over talked me and didn’t allow me to even ask questions without cutting me off and seeming irritated.I was so happy I had opted not to pay online in advance because Pep Boys DID NOT deserve almost $900 of my hard earned money!!I immediately went to the Discount Tire website and booked an appointment for 4 pm on Tuesday. The Discount Tire website was far more user friendly than Pep Boys. I was able to get 4 tires for $100 less than what I would’ve paid at Pep Boys without a promotion and I paid online.Directly after paying, I got a confirmation text and email and Chris from Discount Tire called to confirm the details of my appointment. He was so friendly, professional, patient, and polite. The same exact questions I tried to ask the Pep Boys person were answered with no issue. Chris even gave me his cell number so I could send him proof of payment and my identification since I was having my car dropped off by AAA.Pep Boys quoted me an hour and half to install 4 tires while Discount Tires quoted me 30 minutes and delivered in that timeframe. I received a link to check the status of my car and when it was ready, Chris called me personally. I text him that I would come on my lunch break and he made no issue of it.Unlike the Pep Boys personnel who made it seem like a huge deal that I wouldn’t be available to pick up my car immediately after service, Discount Tire accommodated. When I went to pick up my car, it took less than 10 minutes to get my keys, my receipt, and go!Chris helped me and we met one another in person. He was just as friendly in person as he had been over the phone! I will recommend Discount Tire to anyone I know! Fast, friendly, professional, and great prices!

I always go get my tires checked on my road trips and I also get all four tires filled with air. Guess what they check the air in my tires for free. Yes, free and they will let you know if you need new tires.

I originally went to the location on 45 & Richey, and they sent me away saying they found no problems with my tires. The very next day, my tires were low again. I searched and found this location, and the tire specialist took all the tires off and found a nail. This is now my new location!!!
