I got a pedicure for my toes and im very disappointed. They didnt clean my toes properly and the polish was everywhere on my toes and not just my toe nail.

I asked for a full set which means tips any nail salon should know that instead I got acrylic on my real nail and they weren’t even nice probably won’t go back and they did t even do anything about it but give excuses probably lost me as a customer and my daughter to she is the one that recommended them

Update: although the customer service was amazing I have to say that my nails start coming up after a week… I really wanted to stick with them but I’ll stick with what I know…

I’m very nice and respectful of all nail techs. Even if I feel the techs are not very friendly, I don’t cause any disruption of their work flow. I’ve never written a review on a nail salon, even though I feel there has been a decline in service with salons in the area. This last time, however, and I can’t keep silent because my experience sent me to the doctor for a stitch and tetanus shot. March 10 it was my misfortune to have a tech that was apparently having a bad day. Not very friendly, that’s OK, I’m not always talkative either. But when she shaved part of my heel off, I knew it was going to be a very bad experience (if I can upload the pictures of over a month ago and the wound today) you’ll understand why I will probably never visit DJ Nails again. By the way, I’m a very good tipper I start out anywhere from 20%~25%. I still tipped her, but definitely not 25%! Just thought clients should know what they might be in for at this establishment.

Been going to see Kelly & her amazing team forever! Kelly makes my nails looks like works of art! Get compliments on my nails wherever I go! Pedicures are the best & very relaxing! I can’t say enough great things… you just won’t go wrong visiting them!

Techs here are borderline aggressive. I walked in with my daughters trying to get our nails done and felt rushed and barked at. Note to management: A little friendliness goes a long way. I'd rather they tell you they are too busy than to rush you down an assembly line while hurting your cuticles. How traumatizing.

Kelly always does a fantastic job! My nails never lift and I always get compliments on them! She has been my go to girl for the past 5 sets! I see her every three weeks. The staff is friendly and fast but precise! She does my refills in less than 40 minutes!

I recently started coming to this salon and I have loved my nails each time! I am always seen right away, and they do a great job recreating the inspo pic I bring in. Will definitely be back!

They totally ruined my engagement nails and peeled off so much of my skin and bleeding.
Pedicure was not worth it either. Would not recommend because they rush their work and don’t pay attention
