This cleaners is by far the WORST. The front desk employee Vivian is rude and has the nastiest attitude ever. She lied pretending to be the manager/owner. After 4 visits the real owner resolved of the issue. I will NEVER EVER visit this location again. If I could give zero stars I would. It's not worth the stress.

I’ve been visiting this establishment for over 15 years. Sometimes you choose a business for convenience or price, but the real reason a business thrives and grows is because of its people.
To be transparent, there was a time when I questioned whether I would return due to an interaction with a past employee. I’m glad I gave this place another chance. Yesterday, I dropped off my clothes and was helped by Viví . As she received my clothes and made friendly conversation, I asked her how the business got so lucky to have someone so dedicated and people-oriented on their team. She humbly smiled, probably because this is simply who she is naturally kind and caring.
Vivi, thank you for being a warm, friendly soul. Your genuine care goes a long way, and it’s worth pausing to appreciate wonderful people like you who make everyday interactions better.
If you’re considering giving this place a try, I recommend it. They’re family owned, right here in our community, and supporting small businesses like this is so important.

Love this place. Vivi always remembers my name and is very friendly. I drive 20 minutes just to bring my clothes here.

Do not waste your money. These people do not pay attention to what you asked them to do. I told him to press my pants with no crease. They put a starch crease in three pair my good pants. Never again

Terrible experience – Avoid this place!
This dry cleaner lost my suit and dress, worth over $600, and refused to take responsibility. Instead, they offered me a $50 credit to come back—why would I return after they lost my clothes? When I complained, the owner himself started insulting me and said their policy is to only offer $50 when they lose an item. So basically, they can lose (or take) anything expensive and just throw $50 at you? What a great business model!
I should have listened to the bad reviews before coming here. Learn from my mistake—stay away from this place!

These people are terrible. They change the price when you go to pick up your clothes they lose your clothes so you have to come back two or three times to pick up your order. Absolutely the worst dry cleaning place in Spring, Texas never go here!!!!!

I've been going here for years, but after my last experience, I won't be going back. The 3 usual front desk people (a lady with short hair, another lady with longer hair, a man) were all rude and unprofessional. I took a pair of white linen pants in for cleaning on a Mon. I went to pick them up on Thu. They had brown stains on them from the iron being held on them too long/ too hot. I discussed with the short haired employee, she placed red tape on the spots and said they'd take care of it, and to come back Mon. I returned Tue, and the long hair lady said they weren't ready and to come back Wed. I went back Thu, and the man and long hair lady, brought out the pants which seemed to have more stains. I pointed them out, the man took my number for some reason, and said to come back Fri for them. I asked if they were truly going to be able to fix them, and he said yes. It took me 2 weeks to go back (out of town, then Beryl), and the pants were still stained. The man brought them to me and walked away. The short haired lady tried ignoring me and attempted to help another customer. The customer told the worker I needed help, and the short hair lady told me that maybe I stained the pants and it wasn't their fault. I explained that the stains were clearly down the pant seams where the iron was used and the customer looked at rhe pants and agreed with me. Short hair, with a huff, went to get the man who actually does the ironing. I wish I could remember his name. He was professional and said he would take care of it by the next day. Instead of taking care of me, short hair ignored me, so I walked over to where long hair was standing behind the left counter doing nothing. Short hair told her the pants were being cleaned again, so long hair told me to leave them. I said they needed to be taped, and she argued that they didn't, then slid the tape to me to do it myself. I said I needed a pickup ticket, which she eventually gave me. I told her I'd be back tomorrow and she said to give them an extra day, which I declined to do. The next day all 3 employees were they. They didn't speak to me. The man went to the back, and got the pants which were fixed and ready to go. Even though they fixed their mistake, I won't go back because the front desk staff are unprofessional and extremely rude.

Truly messed up my clothing. Received back in worse condition that given. It was dirty, wrinkle, and the material was ruined. My leather was no longer leather and all Mt sequin pieces fell off. Never again. Beware.
