Just came by at 9:36 AM on a Wednesday to get a few cards and gift bags. The Store hours displayed say they are open Monday-Saturday at 8 AM. If the store hours have changed, they should make those changes visible on the sign.

Y'all Please Help This Store I know it's the only Dollar Tree we have within 3-4 miles... Close the Store and Properly Stock Shelves ASAP, Boxes should NOT be in the Aisle during Open Hours.... The American disabilities act Will be Contacted

Store was in complete disarray. No carts for customers. Store was dark. Asked both employees working for key to restroom, both said, we don't have a key. Lie... The polite response would be, our restroom isn't for public use. DM & SM should be ashamed of this store. Schematics not done and store was filthy .

Cashier charged me for 10 baskets I only had 9 called for assistance and a lady came out the office looking like she was asleep wiping her eyes ....the cashier asked her was she asleep she said yes then she proceeds to tell me we only offer exchanges... First off I did not tell your cashier to not know how to count... but I was willing to make it easy so you can get back to sleep you look as if u need it... This store needs to really examine its employees.

Cashier is always super cranky and acts like she’s doing me a huge favor putting her phone down. The store is in disarray 99% of the time. Poorly stocked. I’ll be driving a bit farther to find a better Dollar Tree.

This is the trashiest dollar store I have ever been to. It continues to go downhill. The person behind me won't be back, she was telling her children that from now on they would be going to the one Louetta. The young lady behind the counter didn't greet us, or tell us how to pay. She rang up the items, walked away and goofed off with another employee who was goofing off with some other customers who were obviously friends of his (and smelled strongly of weed, the whole store did). The lady was back in time for me to have entered my card info before pushing the bags towards me and then giggling and ringing up the next unhappy customer. My wife said she had a similar experience yesterday. Today is 5/26 at 12:37. We will go to to the other store until you straighten your staff out.

Went in today 5/20 around 3:05pm, Julio manager was very friendly offered great customer service & another gentleman that offered to help me while I was grabbing a balloon. This by far is the best customer service ive ever received at any dollar tree in my life. I visit the 1960/kurkendahl location often & the customer service there is non existent. Please tell the staff they are doing a great job. Maybe the manager Julio who was my cashier today should visit the other dollar trees in Houston & give training classes on providing excellent customer service to shoppers. Please give this team a high five for today.

Today I had one of the most unpleasant experiences in my entire life, the Maneger was so rude and unprofessional racing her voice at me when all I was trying to do was ask questions so what if I had to ask twice? That’s what an employee is there for to help out the customer correct? She could have answered decently and moved on.

So impressed with all the employees here today, especially Ms. Eugenia, who went above and beyond, walking an elderly customer out to her car to make sure she got there okay. Everyone was so thoughtful and polite here today, even with a customer that was a little prickly.

Poor selection of craft supplies. This is not the place for you if you’re a crafty mom. The store was very dirty and messy as well.
