The Crosby is an excellent doctor, however there are two ladies at the front desk who are not only unprofessional but they lie and purposely not send your very much needed prescriptions to your pharmacy. This is what the younger girl did to me.
I came in to see Dr Wallace because of an infection/ irritation that was becoming painful. While sitting in the waiting area, I asked both ladies a question about my coverage.
Well, this turned them mean and ugly and their responses were contrary to what my plan says but they said no. My visit is not covered. Neither even bothered to call my insurance to verify, they just shouted at me.
So, I walked away and sat down. So, after my visit with Dr. Wallace, went to pay for my visit and the younger girl said, Mrs. you have a balance. I paid totally for a product close to one hundred dollars, I said I paid for that totally and Vanessa is who conducted the transaction. So, I left. The younger girl said she was calling it into my pharmacy that day. She lied. I called the office the next morning after waiting all night and asked where did you faxed it to because I need the medicine. She lied again and said I faxed it again and I will call.
So, after work. I’ve been on discomfort all day. I called her and she said she did. She lied once again. I called my pharmacy and they called the doctor’s office and said I’d been waiting all this time and need the eye medicine, please send the fax.
I sent a message to Dr Wallace to call me, so I could let him know that I’ve been without the medication and am in discomfort at 02:02 and CVS received the prescription at 02:06.
The danger about this situation is that these two women are sort of care takers making sure patients above everything get what the doctor ordered because we need it.
To see how they we’re unaffected by someone’s serious or could turn serious eye situation and take matters into their their on hands to punish someone for asking a question says it all.

Made an appointment. I went there for the set time and two things. 1.) The lady was super disrespectful about my appointment only to tell me I didn't have one and 2.) She didn't even bother to help find it as I had receipts for the appointment. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

Do NOT go over here if you can avoid it! I ignored the other reviews I read and went anyway because it was open on a Saturday but trust me the manager, Vanessa, who works at the front and assists with buying the eye glasses is extremely unprofessional and rude. Take your business elsewhere where they have better customer service.

I cancelled my appointment today. I'm a new customer and found this place as covered under my insurance and it is convenient to my home. I don't know the doctor and never been to the location. This is why I am putting a 3-star. No, my negative experience is with the appointment-making software I had to endure. I made my appointment online literally one week ago. Apparently, this goes through Zocdoc, who notified me relentlessly for an entire week. I had over 20 emails and texts combined, reminding me about my appointment! Additionally, due to my forced registration with Zocdoc, I also had the pleasure of my email reaching a spammer list. I have received over 20 spam emails in the past week as a result. So yeah, I reached my threshold of tolerance and gave up on the appointment. At this point, I was so disgusted with the notifications, there was no way I would have kept my temper in check sitting for a vision test. Sorry doc. You lost a customer before you even had one.

My mom woke up on a Saturday morning to the scariest experience of seeing brown cloudy vision in her eye. She thought she was going blind. She immediately called Dr. Wallace‘s office and told them what was going on with her eye. We were told to come in right away. Within 10 minutes of arriving at his office he examined her eyes and she was rest assured that she was not going blind but was suffering from extremely dry eyes. He gave her samples of medicine to use and did not even charge her for the visit. I cannot express enough appreciation for his caring, compassion and accommodation of one of his patients. He is the best eye doctor in the spring area.

It takes a lot to get me to review a business... but I have to admit, when there's an emergency, time is of the essence. This was one of the few places that was both near my house and workplace and so without thinking, I requested an appointment online. Never got an answer. I totally get it though, sometimes its busy and things happen, so I wait until the next day. Nothing. I am still without glasses and no one will take my expired prescription. So I call this time and of course no one answers. Call again later and no one answers, but this time I leave a voicemail regarding my request online and need for an appointment. To this day, it has been now almost two weeks and I have not heard from them. But that's ok because someone else got my business and helped me tremendously. So, my advice? You're a part of the medical field and people come to you for help... and in my case, an urgent one. So heed that notion.

Dr. Wallace is great! I've been seeing him for over 7 years and he always takes such great care of us. Very knowledgeable and personable.
