Just picked up my truck , Facts:
For 200 dollars paid , this could have been done across the street for 50.
Inside panel - still has dust on it in corners
Navigation screen - still had fingertip prints on it
Rear view mirror - inside / not even touched
Windshield looks like was wiped with a dirty rag -smears of water on the corners
Car door handles - around them - all corners missed
Mirrors - water smears
Truck bed - inside under the retractable cover - not even touched
I took my truck there after tinting my car , my fault I didn’t ask for price first as I was busy running around doing errands, but to you who reads this - take your car elsewhere , unless you want to talk to them after it’s done and point to where they messed up. At 200+ dollars , there is a different expectation in my experience

I wish I took pictures of the before so I could better show how amazing Chris and his team are. My car unfortunately had mold spurs on the floor board due to a lot of moisture. It looks like I just bought my vehicle from a dealership. Chris is very straightforward and his team did such an amazing job. Couldn’t be more happier. Thanks again :).

Walked in during the week and asked Chris about detailing my car littered with dog hair and other gunk. Quoted me a super affordable price and told me to walk in when I’m ready. Dropped my car off in the morning and came back to a spanking brand new car. Never have seen my car this clean.
Chris was super courteous and welcoming. Offered me a ride back home, as well as an option to leave my car at the business overnight since I live in an apartment and I needed to leave the windows down for the car to dry. Super fast process and I will be coming here again when I need my car detailed again.

0 star. My husband took our car here twice. We have 4 young ones. The first time they ruined the seat belt buckle on the middle 2. Irritated me because kids absolutely needs a buckle.
Second time, left my car drenched on the inside. I let it air dryed for 3 days and still wet with a oder. They had a oily film on dash area, more than the first time. For $250, it's not worth it. My husband took it some where, explain everything and they took it in for free on the 4th day, provided them with receipt. The car mildew oder went away no oily residue. A new place, now has our attention.

These guys have all the qualities that make small businesses desirable. Hardworking, understanding, accommodating, and just down to earth people trying to make an impact with those they serve and simultaneously make a living (something that can be difficult to balance). I have used Dr. Detail a number of times now, and they always display a level of professionalism that you find yourself shocked by in this modern world where attention to detail and human connection is lost at times. I appreciate everyone up at Dr. Detail and will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.

0 out of anything would not recommend. You might be better off getting the neighborhood kids to deal with your car. Owner is very juvenile. But I guess if you sit around all day and don’t actually deal with customers you wouldn’t know how to talk to your customers in an adult manner. I had to tell my spouse to handle the situation before I got my profession involved. And I practice law.

Would give them 0 stars but it was not possible. Owner (David) is extremely unprofessional!!!! Handles situation that they were the issue for in a very childish manner!!! Would not recommend this place. They have no respect for repeat customers. We use to spend at minimum over 200 for each car and the way they handle issues is like dealing with a cranky 6 year old. There are plenty of other detailing place near by I would suggest you go to those instead.

So we are new to town and I needed to get our minivan cleaned from a long road trip. I called and they fit me in right away and even gave me a huge discount, because it was a rainy day. David and Chris (who are brothers), and their entire staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and professional! Their team cleaned our van front to back, top to bottom, inside and out immaculately!!!! I would highly recommend anyone to come bring their car or boat to Dr. Detail ANY day of the week and twice on Sunday!!!

Had a great experience with Dr. Detail had a ceramic coating put On my black car.. The paint looks better than when it came off the showroom floor! KAREN was very nice and explained everything to details of what they were going to do to my car and they completed everything that they said they were going to do I am very pleased with their work highly recommend them for ceramic coating!!

I recently brought in my new car for detailing and had a great first experience here. The team was friendly and professional, and the service was top-notch. Chris, who I believe is the owner or manager, showed excellent hospitality and went above and beyond—even threw in a free service! The car looked amazing when they were done. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I scraped my passenger erear door against my apartment gate and I got my car waxed at another location but the scratch was still there so I went to here and they worked there magic and got the scratch out Chris was very informative and did way better than expected. The customer service was great and honest I wish I had came here initially to get my car cleaned.

Too bad there isn’t a no star option. Dr. Detail was recommended to me by an acquaintance. When I walked in the office, the gentleman was wearing dark sunglasses. I asked if they had a hand wash with products that are safe for my vehicle that is 100% wrapped in PPF. I was “educated” “man-splained” on his opinion that any soap product was safe for PPF, because it just “plastic”. A male customer entered the office saying he needed his automobile looked at. The manager proceeded to walk out with the male customer, saying that he would get back to me. The two men came back into the office and the manager continued assisting this gentleman as if I wasn’t sitting there waiting. After 60 seconds, I stood up and walked out. Keep in mind I was fully prepared to pay top price to take care of my 8K PPF “plastic” investment. I will never return.
