Wish there were more choices of shoes for formal events. Most people can't or don't want to walk in 5" heels. I like DSW but ended up buying shoes from Dillard's.

I enjoy DSW. I wish they carried more stylish Crocs because, while Crocs are the most comfortable shoes in my opinion, they are not cute.

Great selection of shoes, not enough staff! Waited in line for 30 min. And there was only 4 people in front of me with one cashier. By the time I left the line was soooo long. Got home and husband's shoes are missing the things that goes on the laces for the hey dudes for one of the shoes. Other was fine.
