A big shout out to Omar. He attempted to deliver an arrangement to our friends in Texas. We live in Illinois. He called me when they were not home. I quick called them and asked them to return home. Omar was so polite and kindly offered to stay there until they arrived home in a few minutes. He was so kind. And they loved it!!!

Birthday fruit tray sent from Pennsylvania to Texas. Same day delievery, and it was a hit! Beautiful and tasty fruit was fresh and made to order.

I give edible arrangements OVER five stars! I have been ordering from edible arrangements for years! Mel is the manager for edible arrangements and she always takes my order! Mel is absolutely amazing! Mel goes above and beyond customer service when you place an order! Mel is so patient, and kind with such an GREAT ATTITUDE! The fruit is fresh and delicious! I highly recommend edible arrangements for any occasion!

One of your drivers needs a lesson in patience and safe driving. I was behind a mail carrier when your driver pulled onto the railroad tracks on Zion Rd in Tomball. I could not go around the mail truck because cars were coming from the other direction. The driver decided to honk at me. As the oncoming traffic cleared, I signal my lane change and begin to make my way around the mail truck as your driver makes the same move without a blinker right on my tail. Maybe have a drivers' meeting to inform them all their safety on railroad tracks is more important than the speed of their delivery.

Item arrived late. My finance had to go back to work and get it. Fruit was old. $75 was a joke. They said I would get a refund. We shall see. Apples look rotten.

Cannot express enough gratitude to this shop for a perfect platter. Called in Friday morning to arrange a same-day arrangement to give to my wife and her team at KCHS.The calmest voice on the other end immediately put any worries at bay that she could get it done for relatively quick turnaround. She referred me to the online ordering so that I can provide all the details.Boom. Ordered the Edible® Signature Dessert Board - Medium for a 1030am pickup. I receive a call shortly after…that calm voice says she can do it…just would take a little longer due to complexity.It worked out perfectly so that I could play it off that I was bringing lunch to my wife!I showed up right around 1130 and she had it ready in nice packaging!! Just amazing.Please do yourself a favor and look into this shop for perfectly executed fruit platters.

I went here so that I can pick up my birthday gift and use my coupon that was given to me. When I first walked in it had a weird smell not pleasant I just ignored it because I just wanted my free gift and use my five dollar gift card. Lady proceeds to tell me that I can’t use my coupon for my free gift for my birthday because I didn’t print it out .Mind you there was a code on the coupon itself so she just had to type it in instead she wanted me to go back home, which is 20 minutes away and Print it out. Mind you this is on my birthday instead of just taking the code putting it in the system she wasn’t really helpful. I said what do I have to print out she’s like the email she went into the drawer and showed me an email that was printed out . We are in 2024. That’s a waste of paper to print out when you can just type in the code in the computer. Killing more trees just for a seven digit code that’s ridiculous and a waste of time. I will not be going to this edible arrangements again. I’ll just go to the one in Sugarland. It probably smells better too.
