I got stuck out of town with no way to get my car home so I Googled some reviews for the best place to take a Mercedes.
Wow what a surprise Google was right this time .I think I found one of the most honest ,professional and friendliest shops in Texas.
They only repaired what was needed at a great price and what could have been an expensive repair was pleasantly surprised.
The only issue was that I wish he was located in Dallas area but that's my loss.
Ask for Matt when you call.

Unfortunately, after several years I am having to find a new mechanic. I usually slink away quietly, but I was so disappointed in this experience I have to share. I was out of town and instructed my mom to only use Matt and his team for any needed repairs, that I trusted them and find them reliable…I knew they would take care of my mom.
However, that was not the case. After an $800+ diagnosis came back she agreed to let them handle the issue. My 65+ year old mother then asked for a ride home (something they assured her they could do) and her home is less than a 2 minute drive. (4 minutes round trip). After a brief and quite rude discussion right in front of her, it was agreed that none of the several men working were interested in doing so. She even agreed to wait if needed, but instead they made her walk home in 104* heat.
While mechanical work to date had been fine, lacking common decency when I vouched for this group of people is a major let down.. It’s a shame because I genuinely trusted BMW Matt. ? I will be finding a new mechanic.

I would like to say that the elite bmw and Benz are amazing people.the manager,staff and mechanicals are exceptional wonderful..
Matt and David are kind,patiently and great customer services.I am a single lady.they do not tell me anything.just because I am a single lady.matt look up some items that needed to be done on my car I had over 3,000 of work of recalls to be done.juzt think,that I didn't have to pay for it.If it wasn't for matt looking it up and letting me know.i have that many recalls.thanks to matt for going the extra mile and thanks to Dave for his wonderful customer service and patience.

I just moved to the area and needed a place to fix my E 300. Matt was very professional and answered all the questions I had. I did not get charged for diag.Needed a wheel repair and he referred me to someone that could do the job.
I will be back for repairs if needed and will post update.

Excellent service!!!
My GLC 300 had air suspension problems. Matt was helpful and clearly diagnosed, and provided options to fix the problem. I dropped my car off Wednesday and it was ready on Friday. I drove my car out of town that Monday and it’s riding better than before. I highly recommend Elite Bemmers n Benz!!!! Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing.

Best experience with auto repair. Not only are they very good mechanics but the price is far more reasonable than dealerships with exactly the same repair acumen, but far less in cost. Great management courtesy from the first time you walk in the door to pick-up time.

Matt is great, found a problem to the solution instead of just replacing an entire part that would have cost over $2,000. Can't thank them enough for their work, this is my second time having them repair my car and both times have been great.

Best place I've found in area. Very knowledgeable, persistent, patient and reasonable. They don't price gouge you to the bank! They have always been by my side with my Cooper.

These guys have done a fantastic job with my GLK350. They are very transparent and fair about costs. Matt and the office crew are always so kind and knowledgeable. Both times I’ve gone here they were able to identify diagnose and repair the car in just one day. You won’t find a better shop for your Benz in this area!!

Second time bringing my GLK350 to these guys. I won't take my car anywhere else! Matt and the team here always treat me so nicely. The service, upfront, fair, and transparent cost, the workmanship, you can't beat it. I've gotten sway bar links replaced and brake pads and rotors and the work was top notch and done same day on both occasions. These guys are so kind and knowledgeable, they really know these cars and it shows. 10/10 stars
