Friendly folks, good selection of cigars a big plus, good prices too. Theres a smoking lounge area currently under renovation.Be glad when it opens up again.

Very disappointed in the rudeness of management (Meche) even to her employees when asking about cigar prices. Bad customer service is the worst!!! I won't be spending any more there go to cigar international if you need a great environment.

Used to be open all the time and you could still get in the humidor after someone unlocking it for you, now it’s just straight closed. Disappointed that one of my late night spots is gone.

I'm not certain how many Elite Cigars are scattered around. I have been to one in Mont Belvieu; one in San Antonio, and now this one in Spring. I always leave a satisfied customer. Excellent selection, competitive pricing. Box discount, as is the usual industry standard. The humidor is highly stocked--to the extent that it can be kind of tight moving around in there. Kudos to the really nice lady who helped me find what I was looking for on the shelf, and who further agreed to order the other items that were not in stock. Lounge onsite is a bonus.

the cashier had an attitude when I asked for some silverware I was polite and said thank you he was very rude and slammed the box on the table and told me grab some i did not like his attitude
