was charged additional fees after being told it would not cost any additional money to change drop off location. was told it was no problem, no charge, and then they wait til i’m back home from vacation to inform me that they’ll be proceeding to charge me more money due to the changed drop off location. to exact thing i called and asked about in the first place. terrible experience especially for someone who uses enterprise regularly (and through the employee friends and family servicing as well)
reps on the phone should know what they’re talking about and when wrong the customer should not have to pay the price.

Horrible manager Anum I’m not sure on the spelling. She definitely needs more training or a class in how to talk to people. I would suggest save your money and go somewhere else because they will over charge you. My rental was through the insurance my rental was supposed to be free and only a deposit put down. They charged me the deposit and money on top and when i returned it i got charged again.

Quick and friendly service yesterday. Anum and staff were both polite and efficient, despite my challenging situation. I actually left here smiling, which I totally did not expect.

Shitty add service, you book online show up and there's no cars. When you call to verify well don't bother they try and transfer you immediately to reservations. Makes no damn sense. If you don't like your job quit working there!
