We had to rent a car due to unexpected events but when we arrived we were attended quickly and I couldn’t quite catch the new employees name they had but he made us feel welcomed and even tried to translate a few things for us about the insurances. We had no problem when returning our vehicle everything was quick and easy!

I had a bad experience today with a dark-skinned woman, I took a Jeep Compass and I had to return it because the front tires were wearing out due to a bad alignment, and in exchange she gave me a small Kia car, all dirty and with a bad smell of cigarettes and all full of tar and I told her that I was not going to take that vehicle and she tells me to take that vehicle because she does not have any more and rudely she tells me that if I do not want it she will cancel the contract, I had to call customer service to try to fix my situation and I am waiting at this moment, I do not recommend this location not even to my worst enemy, be inconvenienced and waste of time 👎

For a rental agency, these folks went above and beyond. They were very polite and friendly. They insured I was fully taken care of and even made a follow up call the following day to make sure I was happy in the rental. Bonus: they even upgraded me at no extra charge due to having a limited inventory at the time! I will definitely choose this branch again if I need a rental in the future!

I rented a car from this branch and when I returned the car at the body shop they didn't pick it up for 5 days and now I'm battling them over damages that happened at the body shop. And I can't get ahold of anyone to resolve my issues. They either hang up on me or never contact me with my requests for photos of the damages, and to speak to a supervisor, and they ignore my requests.

Quite a bit of lying and misleading. That being said whenever I rent it a car it has been from an enterprise branch. Perhaps it has just been the timing of my rental with there being so much going on event wise. Headquarters mislead me several times. Next time I rent it'll most likely be from Enterprise.

Can use a debit card with a deposit. I rented a car on a member discount for a week and it was $289 from Thursday to Thursday with a $300 deposit. To continue my lease all I had to do was change it through the app. They sent reminders and internet links to have the option of changing the return date. The employees were very patient with me as i video recorded the entire car and noted any damages prior to my rental. I had fraud on my bank card and couldn't use my car but a new one was overnighted to me and they worked with me to keep the car for another day while I waited for a new card to be sent to me for payment. I must have called them a dozen times and they were very understanding, patient and kind about the whole deal. The cars are always clean and without weird smells! Great selection of cars that are new and up to date. They have several add on's like toll road, insurance, and gas on return so you dont have to run by a station on your way to drop the car off, all are for an extra fee of course.

I walked into this place and stood there for almost 10 minutes. There was a guy behind the glass wall, where their desks are organizing some keys and never even came out and spoke to me. He saw me multiple times. I walked out and I will never be back

If you’re looking for a dirty rental car with mechanical issues. This is the spot. Ghetto location, terrible attitude of employees. Most nightmare car renting experience I can recall.

The insurance company sent me here for a loaner. A big waste of time. There has to be a better place. I was told to come back in the morning, so I did. I was then told in the morning at 8 am I can't get a car without an appointment. Are you serious. I told them it was through my insurance. They could see my name and info but still could not rent me a car without an appointment or inventory.

Made a reservation by phone and was told i can use my DEBIT card to get a rental with an added $300 deposit that would be returned upon finishing my one way trip. Upon arrival i was told i a CREDIT card not DEBIT. I feel i was lied to in order to come in. I don’t own a credit card anymore so it was a waste of time.
