The whole staff was super friendly and helpful, including the manager, Ms.T! Chandler was efficient and got me into a car quickly. Darrin was so patient with me as I fumbled through logging in to the Enterprise website. He also made dropping the car off a breeze. I will forever be a customer of the I-45N Spring, TX location.

Business is business in this world, my insurance is paying for a small car, but as always this small car is not there, but will have one in 2-3 days. Days have gone by, I'm at your business and no small car! Again business is business.. so your customers or 99% will just pay a little extra for whatever you have

I had to leave a review. Kyle from this location contact me for a free upgrade. My experience was great, I loved the upgrade. I did have to cancel the rental after receiving the vehicle due to inclement weather, Kyle made sure I received a discount for the days that I did not use the rental. Kyle personally reached out to me to ask about my experience. I thank you Kyle for great customer service. I will be renting from this location again.

Today, my husband and I stopped by to get a rental, and we were greeted by Ms. T. She didn't hesitate to meet our needs in renting a car. She was very informative, which we greatly appreciated. I believe this must have been the quickest rental we got ourselves into. Thank you, Ms. T for making our visit a pleasant one. We highly recommend this place and Ms. T. Ask for her she's great!

I have been workinf with this location for over a week since my car has been getting serviced at my dealership. I HAD to leave a review for CHANDLER. He doesn't know me and yet he treats me like family. Chandler's manners and mode of treating a customer is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced, not only at Enterprise, but in the service industry all together. He is a customer service extraordinaire.My family and I are extremely grateful for all of his car and support. This locations is blessed to have him.

The customer service provided at this location was top-tier. Darrin, Destiny and Tyler took care of me. Their professionalism and promptness from the time I received and returned my rental car was appreciated. I will return to this store location in the near future.
