Rented a car for Enterprise Leasing last week and was very happy as well as pleasantly surprised at how fast it was and all the cars available. left without discussing there not having a full tank so called and asked about what to do when I brought the car back (having left their office with only 3/4 tank. They advised my gas meter talks with their computer and they already knew I had left with 3/4 tank. Was not expected to have anymore than what I left with. Loved it. 😍

Booked a reservation almost a month ago even called earlier in the week and spoke with Joey to assure I wouldn’t have any problems getting what I needed for my son’s graduation. I was assured it would be no problems. Welp that was a lie there was nothing available and Andrew told me they tried to call me but had an invalid number which was a lie because he pulled the reservation up with my phone number. The office was nasty it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, dead bugs and trash very disgusting.

Great team, great experience overall!
One of my vehicles was involved in an accident, that was deemed to be a total loss. My insurance carrier set me up with a rental through enterprise, but as these things go, the process of negotiating a total loss payout / purchasing a replacement vehicle typically outlast the term of the insurance rental.
Champ at this location went above and beyond, as well as other members of the team. They allowed me to extend the rental as needed, and kept the insurance market rate for as long as the system would allow. Champ was nearly always accessible, accommodating, and very understanding. Pay this man well, or someone may poach him.

Recently had a rental due to an accident claim. Process to pick up rental was super efficient and the young lady that helped me was wonderful. The staff reached out several times during my rental and the return process was a breeze. Andrew completes the return just as quickly and efficiently as the first rep. Overall great experience.
