I just got 4 vaccines, the staff was very friendly, all the girls who are in the vaccine reception area treated me very well, I didn't have to wait long... I just filled out my paperwork and wham my vaccines and that's it... come here it is faster than you go to your doctor and still a very acceptable cost for your budget, thank you girls. EXCELLENT THANK YOU 100% RECOMMENDED

I have been coming to Express clinic off and on for over 10 years when I need immediate care but have a unique insurance situation. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this clinic.
To sum it up, I have already seen a doctor twice virtually about an ear infection and needed to be physically seen by someone again because after finishing my antibiotics, my ear still felt full and infected.
Initially, the NP was nice as I was explaining to her what brought me into the clinic. When she went in to exam my ear she stabbed me multiple times inside my ear canal with the otoscope and I kept telling her that it hurt. She got upset with me because I kept pulling back then she finally went into my ear canal gently.
After the exam, we were discussing my treatment options since it didn’t appear that I had an infection, only fluid build up in one ear. One of her suggestions was prednisone and I told her my first preference was to not take prednisone only because it gives me MAJOR anxiety when I’m on it. Even though I decided against it I still asked her to send me a prescription in for it just in case I change my mind.
When she came back, she didn’t have the prescription for the prednisone to send home with me and I asked her for it again she said she isn’t going to send it home with me because she doesn’t “want anyone to do anything bad” with it.
I asked her if she could please just give it to me so that I don’t have to see a doctor for the fourth time then she started getting argumentative that I have only been to the Express clinic once and not 3 times.
As she was leaving the room, she slammed the door and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She played it off to her staff in the hallway that she didn’t mean to slam the door but her demeanor and attitude definitely said otherwise as she was leaving the room.
I rarely, if ever leave reviews like this but being a nurse myself I would never make my patient feel uncomfortable in the way that she did to me today. I understand it was the end of the day and burnout is real but I hope that this never happens to another patient of hers again.
Regardless of the situation that unfolded today, the staff is always very friendly.

The location is conveniently located for me. The staff is all very kind and professional. I feel like the NP's really listened to me. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I got my titers done here for my job, Bri was super helpful and skillful cause I don’t like needles. Front desk was also really nice, I believe Sebastian and Diana were in the front. Great service, efficient, low wait time, and great staff!

Since they deleted my comment, here I leave you: Bad and terrible service, they should teach the 2 ladies in service what customer service is, Not because I am Latin my money is worth less, they treat you with arrogance and a bad attitude, ahh but The locals treat them like kings, the worst thing is that they have Latin blood and that's how they treat them, terrible attention

I still use them via zoom. I find vitus less nonsense. I have insurance but the copay still costs more after figuring in all of the expenses that the family practitioner was fitting in.

Great place to walk in and tested then treated. They call a couple of days later to check on you and see if you have any questions. I have NEVER had my PCP ever call to check on me.

My husband and I have not been feeling well, we went to EFC and it was great. It was clean, fast and the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. We were in and out and now on our way to feeling better. I would highly recommend, more affordable than using our health insurance to see our primary physician.

This morning was my first experience at the clinic and after being sick with the flu for almost 2 months I headed to the doctors. I waited because I absolutely hate the doctors but at this point had no choice and worse I had no insurance. I was waiting in line when they opened and was greeted with a smile and NOT treated as less for my lack of insurance. I found the office to be very clean and everyone helpful. I was given simple instructions on my after care and prescriptions with a GoodRX card to help with expenses. At one point they needed to draw blood and being the big baby that I am I simple closed my eyes and said do it, well it was over before I even knew she had stuck me. Knowing now how well I will be treated and how great the staff next time I won’t wait so long to see the doctor! Thanks everyone for taking such good care of me today.

My whole family has been sick and I need to get in and get a prescription. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Very grateful for this walk in affordable clinic.
