If I could give a 0 I would, I purchased some pants and top in January and according to their new policy I can't even exchange anything the pants they shipped me were a short and the top i needed a smaller size. Ridiculous they have lost me as a customer. Their pants come unraveled constantly on my pants and i have to pay for them to get fixed after 1 or two wears. They used to be great now not so much.

✨If you ever get a chance to shop at this location ask for Juan! I had some struggles trying to figure out which blazer size fit me the best as I was in between sizes. Juan has such a positive attitude and he made my decision making experience fun and gave me the reassurance of the correct size. I felt like an express model after making the right decision.

I have been going here for a couple months now instead of other store locations. The customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from everyone but especially Juan & Izabella. They are always very happy, very committed to their job and very helpful in all aspects. From coming to the store, trying out stuff and checking out. I love coming here because of them. They definitely deserve a raise. The store is always organized and has variety of everything and if they don't have it, they will order it for you. Always happy to come to woodlands because of their customer service.

I usually really enjoy shopping at Express but a couple weeks ago i purchased a few blouses to find that one of the security tags had not been removed. I returned to the store today to get the tag removed and was treated like a shoplifter. I undestand the optics of the situation so i was ready with my receipt. However, the employee grabbed the receipt from me to confirm the purchase, removed the tag, and handed me the shirt without even looking at me. I was inconvenienced by even having to return to the store only to be met with unnecessary rudeness. And the store wasn't even busy so I'd hate to experience their "customer service" during peak hours.

Juan, nothing short of amazing customer service! From the moment I walked in, he was polite and attentive to my needs. I was indecisive of what clothing items I wanted to piece together, but thanks to Juan, he helped me figure it out. Extremely professional. He has a beautiful personality and a people first attitude. He met all my expectations!! Effective and efficient customer service!

Have not been there yet. However, I have found that the Yelp ratings frombuyers like myself have proven to be most helpful. Plan to go next week and take a lady for a Christmas shopping trip. I promise to write a review when we get back. I should have numerous comparisons to other shops in the vicinity. It's a two hour drive for us so we plan to make the most of it. I will give them benefit of the doubt with a 5 star rating since I have to select a rating in order to post. Stay tuned.
