I use to go to this place and they were so nice and price are affordable. But once I have an incident with an ingrown nail, I want back to see if they can get the little stick out and the did. But the next time I went the ladies start talking Vietnamese and they didn't want to do my pedicure. I stopped going for a while and today went back again because I was never mad at them I know I have an I grow nail and its difficult. Today again they didn't want to helped me they told me they were busy and its going to take 30 minutes and If I can come back later. I just said yes, but I easily understand they don't want to helped me. I always tip them well, they refunded the money for the pedicure once I had the ingrown nail problem but the best day I went back and returned the $35 dollar because I tough the lafie did and spend her time with me any way. Any way I don't think they were as nice as I tough.

I loved Kim she worked with my budget and she did an amazing job on my nails and toes she was very professional , she made me feel comfortable and she gave me a discount on my nails for the design I wanted ! I will definitely be back !

Omg just omg Kim does her biggest one every time ! She does designs like nothing and works fast been coming here for months and I love it my nails have never lifted and affordable!

My mother Heather and I have been coming here since I was about 12 years old .For 10+ years Kim, Annie, Halina, Ms.Tereasa, and linh have always been wonderful techs. The owners have been nothing but respectful and have a amazing costumer service. Thank you for all that you do. We appreciate you all more than you know.
It's sad to see grown adults bash and try to tear down a company of good hardworking people based off ONE side of a story that really isn't any of their business. You all need to get your facts straight before you start talking out of your a*s. Be better and grow the hell up.

I've been going to expronal's for more than 14 years. I love this place. All the girls are very professional Hannah. It's amazing. Never had any complaints about this place actually is one of the best ones. I highly recommend their services. Great customer service, nice atmosphere. They make you feel like part of there family.

Expro nails are the only place I go to in Houston! They nails are so high quality and I never have to worry about the design chipping or the nails snapping off. Plus you can’t beat the price either.

Helen is the best at the nail shop she does an amazing job with pedicures she takes her time and she is very nice, just fyi she does great with manicures for men and women but she is the best ask for her I absolutely love HELEN
