I’ve been going for over 6 months now and everybody is amazing! All the trainers are fun and very out going always quick to correct form or add Mods for injuries. Great atmosphere and just all around great! I even won movie tickets!!!

I love F45 Spring Harmony the classes are AMAZING as are the Coaches and other participants. I have done over 200 classes and looking forward to continuing to many more. One of the things I really enjoy are the 6 week Challenges they are wonderful. I am actually involved with one now they are very motivating and encouraging.
