While staff was helpful, the check-out took a too long. Self check out requires the staff to leave customers while the input a code for customers to use it. Defeats the purpose of expediting the checkout process.

The lady was very nice about telling me where the paper plates were, they were pretty hard to find in the back.

I don't go to these stores often because they're normally chugged full of carts with products on them that need to go out on the shelves and it's hard to shop. Surprisingly this one only had one cart out well done

Go prices on kids ,baby's clothing. Cheaper tennis shoes too for whole family .definitely a quick in and put place

Ms. Beautiful at the cash register was kind and customer service oriented. Her co-worker as well (didn't get her name). They both went above and beyond to assist me. It was my first time at this store, but it definitely will not be the last.Thank you ladies! Keep up the great work. All the best in the New Year.

A complete disappointment with customer service, on Wednesday around 7:30 pm I stopped by for snacks and a few groceries but the cashier made me regret shopping at this location unprofessional & no courtesy seemed like she was hold hostage & forced to work for all eternity.

Refused service to my 87 year old grandmother because I didn't want to wear a mask. If you have medical conditions and/or disabled you are exempted for mandatory mask requirements. Even though I had burns on my face and arms I still put a mask on and when it was time to check out, Sashsqaush lady with pink hair refused to check out my grandmother because I was with her. Terrible service. Shannon threatened to smack my cell phone out of my hands because I was taking pictures and videos. Shannon must feel like she has job security. Not to mention, every time I came she is always on her cellphone and never talks to you directly unless she wants to run her mouth

Corporate really needs to swing thru this location. Staff is rude and so very disrespectful. On the phone talking about people as they ring you up. Please do random unexpected pop ups at this location ASAP

Family Dollars and Dollar Trees both have went down hill major in the past few years.They won't give store enough hours to operate properly. And stores suffer and this causes shelf not to be stocked and locations to look like tornados hit. I call it the cut off your nose to spite your face.It's so sad to see a company that "could and should be ran correct " be driven in to the ground.Family Dollar and Dollar Tree get your act together!!!!!This is unfair to your stock holders and unfair to your loyal customersStock not on shelfFire exit blockedInventory on floorsComplete mess
