I was taken back to the exam room immediately and seen promptly. I was sick and my regular PCP couldn’t see me until the following day. “9.24.26: initially I was upset my health insurance requires referral to see specialists doctors. I thought it was such a waste of time. But Affiliates of Family Medicine doctors and their team are amazing. I see nurse practitioner Dora Aguilar and let me tell you she's so much better at guiding me because most doctors, including women doctors are so dismissive, don't listen to my symptoms, I have a urogynecologist tell me that my symptoms are just stress and everything is my head. I have ended in the ER many times because some specialist doctors just don't take me seriously. It's very frustrating even depressing when doctors don't listen to me. Now, even if i don't need a referral I first like to come here and let Dora guide me. She takes her time to listen to me. The scheduling department are so fast to make my appointment and the referral team are very fast and find the best doctors for my symptoms. If I can't see specialist soon enough Dora prescribes my medication right away while I get my doctors appointment. I'm so grateful for Dora and everyone here are always so nice to me and welcoming. I wish most doctors truly listened and understand patients like her. I recommend Affiliates of Family medicine and their team at this location 100%. The place is always clean too, and when I check in yes sometimes the ladies in the front are busy answering phone calls but I never thought they're rude to me. They all are multitasking. They're welcoming and professional, always fast to sign me in. Once again I'm very grateful for Dora and everyone here.”

Christina, my physical therapist, was a great listener and just generally a kind and knowledgeable human being, and the receptionists were always professional and even went out of their way to help me figure out an issue with a surprise bill I received.
