The customer service at this store does not match the price point of the shoes. The cashier was unhelpful, wearing long French nails and had headphones in her ears, which likely contributed to her inattentiveness.
When I asked about the BOGO promotion, she couldn’t explain what it applied to. I inquired about a shoe size not on display, and instead of assisting, she told me I needed the shoe to check availability. I had to walk to the back of the store myself to retrieve it. Once I brought the shoe, she then said she needed the box. After I went back again and brought the box, she informed me that the shoe wasn’t part of the BOGO deal and the size wasn’t available.
I said fine, I’d skip the second pair of shoes and asked if the BOGO could be applied to socks. She said yes. But when she rang me up, she only charged me for one pair. I asked why she didn’t include the second pair, especially after I had asked about the promotion. Her response was that I didn’t bring it up—despite the fact that I clearly did.
She refunded the first transaction and re-rang my purchase, but refused to reapply my 20% off coupon, again claiming it was because I didn’t bring up the socks.
Overall, the lack of basic customer service and unwillingness to help or communicate clearly made this a very frustrating shopping experience.

Wow. I have been coming here for years and todays service really left alot to be desired by the manager in charge. He asked my 75 year old.mother to make sure she cleaned up after herself, not to mention she can hardly walk. The store was empty and mayby one other customer was there. Both the store manager and the other young man were high as a kite. I left rhe store and decided to not buy anything when usually I buy at least $300 worth of shoes. This is really upsetting. I would like to include that I do put my shoes back.

I walked in looking for basketball shoes and needed to use the rest room. I went to the back and saw a handwritten occupied sticker on the door. I went to an associate and asked to use the bathroom. The associate said “no.” Then she smiled and continued to work.
I can go somewhere else.

Amazing Customer Service!
Tre assisted me today with an order for in-store pick up. His personable nature and knowledge of the products as well as helping me see if the shoe I needed would be a comfortable fit, made me sure of my purchase. Will be back to shop again!

Locked the doors at 8pm when they're open until 9pm. Lady ignored me and wouldn't answer the door. Terrible service. Went to Ross next door.

Great service. Friendly, courteous personal. Unlike Foot Locker and Champs the young lady that assisted me answered all my questions and helped me pick out a pair of shoes that felt good.At the other stores the sales associates just pointed to where the Nikes were and walked away.

I will try to make this as short as possible. I placed an online order for three pair of shoes. Two were to be "delivered" yesterday 8/8/23 but when I opened the package it belong to another person. I called the main number and explained to them. I was asked to go to my local Famous Footwear and take the shoes and also get the two pair of shoes that I originally bought. Once in the store, I spoke with the Asst. Manager and explained the situation. He didn't let me take the shoes because that was going to "mess up" their inventory. Really?! He suggested repurchasing the shoes and get a refund from Customer Service which I had to do due to needing the shoes for my kid's school. Today 8/9/23 I called the main number again and told them about my refund and what the guy had told me at the store. They said he should have never done that and he should just let me take the shoes and not repurchase them. This made me so upset because of the guy's poor customer service and being an Asst. Manager! He was no help at all and never once did he apologize. This was already such an inconvenience having to go to the store because I have three young kids. I got the refund but I still can't get over how he handled the situation. Keep in mind that I purchase a lot from FF which I will no longer do for sure!

Great selection I wanted one of everythin!. Dave assisted me throughout my shopping with his professional knowledge and made shopping for shoes a pleasurable experience. Purchased 3 pairs of shoes, a few socks and some shoe cleaner he recommended that will keep my kicks looking fresh. Will definitely be back. Top notch service!!!
