This company doesn’t fix anything. They have three and four different people in and out the office since I’ve been here within the past year and a half. I have two units that I have been in that are going under rebate for housing. They can’t never resolve issues they don’t know how to get back in contact with anybody.

Everything that is advertised about 800BellshireDr is a lie. There is only one pool mold in the apartments..Need some professionals to look at these apartments to see what's really wrong with them Talk to the tenants to get an understanding of what is really going on.

Do not do business with this company if you can help it. They owe lots of people money and keep running up bills while knowing they have none at certain properties.
