Needed to overnight an article. Process was simple and item was delivered following morning, across the country. I was amazed.

Poor customer service!!! Door hours say 6pm close. Showed up at 529pm and was told they were closed. Told her I just needed to drop off. Asked me a bunch of questions about the package in regards to if it was ready to ship. Told her yes that it just need a piece of tape and attach prepaid shipping label. Disinterested in doing anything beyond her unposted closing time and rude about it! Go ship somewhere else! I will!
