Great and helpful staff that took the time to educate over the phone on how their FedEx signature delivery process will work, and helped me understand where my package is. This includes giving me an estimation of “If it gets delivered today, it will be around 3:30-4.” This enabled me to plan my work day for pickup, in addition to informing me on what to look for in the FedEx app to indicate delivery. Thank you much!

FedEx is a nightmare use anyone for shipping needs other then FedEx because they are the worst in the business.

One of the most rude, senior citizens I have ever dealt with. I don’t know if she needs smoke a whole pack of cigarettes a day or what her problem is, but there is no reason to be unprofessional if she doesn’t like her job that much, perhaps granny should retire

There had been a few bad reviews, so I was hesitant to go to this location. However, as soon as I asked in, I was greeted by both employees and immediately assisted. I don't live in the area, but I'm frequently in the neighborhood, so it's nice to have a place to ship my items off.
