You have to pay for them to print label and download the app to do it. It was only .47 but still the process was a bit much to send off a box that the company already paid for. Better off going to a regular FED EX store.

I get my medications through FedEx and Richard is always the one that delivers them to me and he is the sweetest young man in the whole wide world.
