I called the store ahead of time and spoke with the manager, explaining that I had a PowerPoint presentation I needed to print. He told me it would be no problem. However, when I arrived, he said there was no PowerPoint software on his computer and that I needed to figure out how to print it myself. I managed to do that, but was then charged for the time I spent using their computer, something I wasn’t told about in advance. In the end, I was charged almost $30 just to print 31 regular color pages. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

Excellent customer service and great prices. Very helpful here with an option for printing services if you don't have a printer at home.

I visited this store, for the first time, to ship an item for which I needed a USPS Medium Priority Mail box because I had already bought the label on-line. I missed getting to the USPS office because it's Saturday and they closed at 12:00 noon.
So here are the bullet points about this store and my experience:
* They stay open until 5:00 PM on Saturday
* They had a full assortment of free USPS Priority Mail boxes
* The gentleman behind the counter (possibly the owner?) graciously taped the box closed for me
* The gentleman graciously used my pre-printed label and attached it to the box for me
* The gentleman was kind and had a friendly demeanor and engaged in an informative conversation
* This service cost me nothing
If only our USPS employees were this gracious and friendly! Thank you MailBox Store, you have a customer and fan for life!
