TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICECalled ahead three different times to reach someone to say I would be there three minutes late. 12:03pm Saturday 10/23. The guys literally were still walking out the door when my dad was walking in, he said hey I called ahead for two parts and the guys just walked out the door and finished locking up.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Is Ferguson open to the public? I just need basic toilets parts for an easy fix that aren't available at Home Depot or Lowe's. May need a couple of new toilets too. Plumbing fixtures at DIY home centers are extremely poor quality and I don't trust them not to fail. Thanks!

I wentbto get a part for a water heater. They had the Parr I needed at a differant store. So I bought it and had them ship it to my house. I asked the salesman a couple times to confirm the delivery would be the next day. He says it will. So I wait and wait. Now 3 days later still no part, but I have already paid them for it. I called to check on it and they say the package was brought to ups already yet ups says they waiting for sender to drop off package.
