First and foremost I want to commend and thank Steven for the exceptional customer experience I have ever had. I got a flat today and had to wait for the tow truck since the car was not drivable. It was already 30 minutes past closing time and Steven and Gil stayed behind to wait for me and get my family and I back home safely. He went above and beyond and for that I will forever be grateful! THANK YOU STEVEN AND GIL FOR YOU EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

1000% recommend this location!! I showed up 25 min before closing with a nail in the sidewall of my tire. They didn't have the right tire in stock but an employee from another location that was closing up agreed to drive a tire to the location I was at. Employees here really want to help customers, I doubted I could have made it all the way home without their help.

Bryan was very professional and acted in a timely matter. Had to get my oil changed and 2 tires changed. Bryan was able to get everything in about 30 minutes. If you need any type of service for your vehicle bryan at fire stone is the man to get the job done!

Bryan went above and beyond to get my car fixed for traveling today despite not having an appointment. Made sure everything else was in good condition to travel as well. Very kind people. Very reasonable wait times and kept you informed during the whole process. Highly recommend. ⭐️

I called to see if they could do a transmission fluid swap for my car and they said they could. I brought them the car and they said they could have it done same day. That night they called me to tell me they did not have transmission fluid but would have it in the morning instead. I said that’s fine. Next morning, I get a phone call telling me that they cannot do it because they barely got around to checking the miles and they do not do that service if the mileage is too high. They should have checked this when they took the car so that I could make arrangements to get someone else to work in the car. Now I have wasted a weekend and my car is still in need of service. I can’t speak for their workmanship but they have no consideration for peoples time.

I've had nothing but issues with my warranty company and my vehicle. On top of all the car issues I've had Firestone Actually, got through to my warranty company and got a whole engine replaced for me. Thanks again guys!

Excellent HONEST service. They could've sold me a new alternator, but it turned out to just be a loose belt. The work was done on time as promised and it was correct. The manager, Miguel, is a stand-up guy. I will definitely use this location when I need more work done. BIG thank you to the entire team. They all went above and beyond to win me over, and it worked! It is rare to see honesty in this industry.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience because they were unable to give me a specific diagnosis of my issue so they didn't charge me for the diagnostic test, just my oil change. I sincerely appreciated that kindness.
