This is my go to firestone, they treat everyone so nice and get you in and out very quickly! Staff is very friendly and willing to explain recommendations on the car. Angel and Davi always have smiles on there face.

Just came in for an oil change. And set an appointment for 7am and 3 hrs it took to give me my truck . Its not justified. My time is valuable and had other things to do . Now its late. Never again . Do not i repeat do not come to this location. Sucks

I previously paid for “lifetime alignment “. When it was peddled/sold to me, I was not told that many front end parts would have to be replaced to take advantage of the service. “Fool me once, shame on you…”

UPDATE:: nobody every reached out despite reassurance from customer care rep. Great way to conduct business. I will lose the money your employees and company STOLE from me and my family but I will never do business with your company again. I will make sure everyone I know knows about your business practices
Extremely Disappointed – Longtime Customer Let Down
I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for years, but my recent experience at this location was nothing short of unacceptable.
While I was out of town, my wife brought our vehicle in due to a low-pressure warning on the passenger rear tire. She was helped by Angela, who told her there was a nail in the tire that couldn’t be repaired, so they replaced it. My wife left assuming the problem had been resolved, but the low-pressure alert persisted. She figured it just needed time to reset.
When she picked me up later, the tire was visibly still low. We checked the paperwork and discovered that they replaced the driver-side rear tire, which has never had any issues. They completely ignored the tire that was actually losing air.
I called Firestone’s 800 number and filed a complaint. They told me someone would follow up in two days. The next day, we returned to the same location to address the issue. Angela and another attendant essentially accused my wife of misidentifying the tire and insisted they replaced the correct one, even claiming all tires had been checked — which clearly wasn’t true.
I explained that the tire they replaced was fine, but they doubled down, insisting it had a nail. Still, they refused to offer a refund or acknowledge their mistake. The situation escalated due to their denial and unprofessionalism.
Out of frustration, I took the car to another Firestone location, where, within 10 minutes, they found a nail in the correct (passenger rear) tire — the one that was the issue all along — and said it could be repaired. However, the very next day the same tire lost pressure again, proving it was not actually fixed.
I was told an area manager would contact me by Wednesday. It’s now Friday — still no call. When I followed up, I was told I now have to wait until next Wednesday. Completely unacceptable.
This situation has gone beyond simple incompetence. It feels deceptive, if not outright fraudulent. Angela’s conduct and the handling of this situation deserve serious scrutiny. I want a refund for the unnecessary tire replacement, and more importantly, I want accountability.
To other customers: beware of this location. I never expected to be treated this way by a company I’ve trusted for years.

I can't say enough about this place. They are always very accommodating every time I needed service on my vehicle. I went to 3 other locations and they wouldn't take me in. This location never fails me! I appreciate yall so much!

Been coming here for decades.
Saturday they did my tire rotation, lifetime alignment and courtesy check.
On Monday I had oil all over my windshield, I checked engine and oil cap was left off.
Brought it right in. The manager argued with me that they didn’t do it. Video was not clear what happened.
They finally put oil in for me at no cost, but didn’t offer to clean the engine mess with oil all over.
I can’t believe the manager argued with me about it.
Time to find another location

Always received good service and available coupons - whether scheduled or unscheduled visits - usually wait for repair or maintance and always kept informed on status of my vehicle - have been a firestone customer for 20 years thank you

Hello Firestone team,
I am a Michigander and Firestone has been there for decades. We’ve use Firestone as our service provider from the time we were a very young couple, during our time in the navy. So now that we’re retired, we need a service provider that we can completely depend upon. Firestone is nation wide and provides toe notch services. Their turnaround is quick. I plan to continue my services with Firestone. Thank you Firestone team at both Champions Forest in Spring Tx & the Firestone team at Champion forest and 1960….
