The lady in here has treated me well. I don’t have any complaints about it. How are the people treating you inside this building? But this is the second time that I have applied for a loan and I have been denied. I don’t really know why they choose not to work with me whenever I have money in the account. Two days later I go to TDECU credit union and applied and got approved. I don’t know why I’m being discriminated against, but this bank is not good for business. It’s sad for me to write this because I used to like this bank, but if you want to grow your business, go to another credit union because this one won’t work with you. And how do I know? Because I haven’t changed credit and I got denied at this bank, and days later applied over there and got approved for the same amount.

I’m so glad I walked into this branch today. Ms. Price was so helpful in opening my account and fixing errors on other accounts. This branch is a little out of the way from my home but I’ll make the drive for good customer service.

My express was great for someone of them a 64 in African-American and men I was just met with so much love and compassion and they made me feel real comfortable Mr. Baez and Mr. Oliver Lee and the veteran staff United States veteran staff they have made this veteran, incredibly comfortable and grateful and I’m looking forward to doing more business with them

Ms Jacquelyn price was the best banker we could’ve gotten. We went to open a joint account and it was my first time doing so and she helped us and provided a lot of information we needed. She was patient and listen to all our questions too. Truly felt at peace talking to her and felt as if she was listening to our concerns. Definitely recommend!!
