Jason and Stacie went beyond the call of duty to serve us this morning. We went to the Credit union needing help with three issues and Jason helped us with a cashier's check and also printed a new debit card for me and Stacie helped us with notary services. They were both so friendly and helpful!!

Beware, tried opening account online. After sending copies of very sensitive documents the denied my account simply stating “unable to verify”. Opened up with another CU with no problem.

Froze checking account for up to 45days after depositing check. Couldn't articulate a reason other than " something is weird"

I went to this location with my friend and when we got there the lady at the front desk told us that it would be a hour wait and to sign in and to go get some food nearby we came back an hour later and the manager came out telling us that it's 15 minutes till closing and we can come back another day and had escalated the situation my friend is a business owner and just because of the color of her skin she was being poorly treated I had to chime in and ask questions say my statement of what had happened and said how I worked in backing and how is it that I had to stay two hours past closing but you can't this is ridiculous and finally the manager himself took her back to start an account I know Houston is diverse but we can't have general respect and courtesy for all diversity it's a damn shame I'm definitely not banking here for sure
