Large parking area shared with other businesses in the shopping center. The staff is friendly and greets guests at the front desk. The restroom was clean during my daytime visit and the workout floor was organized.

If I could give zero stars I would..this gym was ok until I got convinced to do training with a personal trainer..Nothing was personalI Paid 240.00 for 2 months money which could have been spent for a professional trainer....all they have you do is work with out on the equipment whichI could have done on my own..ONE OF THE MANAGERS SIGNED ME UP AND FAILED YO MENTION A 3O DAY CANCELATION..Then the trainer I had quit and when to another job and every thing went down hill after that..the next trainer was rude and sarcastic and they didn't allow me to get all the training session..lied and said I was a no show which I have emails CANCELATION for those dates and speaking with the manager Miguel and I tried to reach management all week ..No responseI feel I was a senior taken advantage of .That's my view

I’m thoroughly disappointed with this gym. I think it’s ridiculous that members have to pay a double annual fee of $50 every year for a an adult guest that only uses the basketball court as his work out. We shouldn’t have to pay double the annual fee for a person that only uses one thing when he comes to the gym. This was definitely not explained when I signed up for my membership. I can’t get my payments taken out on the same date even though he’s under my membership which js crazy. What’s crazier is they expect me to have a picture of my cc information, when my information is under the same profile they look at when I sign in. Like what?? Two members lost soon as my “contract” is up & they’ll continue to lose members with the careless attitude of “unfortunately that’s the way it is”.Edit: a complaint will be filed with BBB…. there is too much miscommunication going on at this facility and the fact that they really put off an “oh well” type of attitude is ridiculous. The only reason why I signed up for this membership was off the strength of the words that the employees were giving me. If I had the full story, I would’ve never signed up. But I will be filing a complaint. DO BETTER

This is a pretty good gym for a pretty good price. I used to work here and I’m very familiar with the equipment. One thing I like about it is the cardio room that has the movie theater and they always have a lot of weights and really good boxing classes with Niki and Nick. They wanted a few gyms left that actually have a kids club the boxing classes and the kids club is what keeps me.

Sometimes I end up at this location after a work day (living an hour away) and I can appreciate that the machines are in clean and working conditions. This location also have resumed all group exercise classes (not only 1or 2 classes like other locations).

The worst. Rude staff. Dirty. Keep charging you after you terminate and non existent customer service. You get what you pay for.
