I visit this 5 below frequently, the staff is friendly. However, what is disgusting is the amount of times I have purchased snacks or drinks just to find out they’re expired after the fact. Due to having this issue multiple times, today when I stopped by to buy a bottle of coke, I made sure to check the expiration dates, which I’m glad I did. 90% of the cokes had expired back in February (it is now June). There is no excuse for this. Also when you go to the self scanners the employees just grab your items out of your hand as you try to scan them to scan them themselves. I get that this may be store policy so it is not the employees fault but it is mildly infuriating. Do better and stop selling expired products. It’s gross.

This place has really good deals but don't let the name fool you, there are more items in here that cost more than $5 than there are Below Five dollars. I was seriously mislead with that one.

went back today 04/18 and all the self check outs were closed and the one employee was doing shipment, saw the manager going to hide in the back, like typical, had to grab the worker myself, either open the self checkouts or hire/schedule more people

Katie and Katelynn are worth a one thousand stars if I could give it. I come to this location quite a bit just because I live In the area and they legit made me feel so welcomed. No one ever greats me at the door, they made sure to great me and through my shopping check to see if I needed help with anything. That’s how it’s supposed to be. If I do once in a blue moon get a greeting it’s extremely dry. But these girls have a great personality!!! 1000/10

Hi I am sharing from experience from coming from 5 and below. I bought a camera which o thought was gonna work but it was a damn toy. This is such a scam do not buy stuff from 5 and below. It should've said toy in front the box.

Love this place. Everything very cheap. All kinds of things to buy that you think you need that you really don't. And arts and crafts, books, make up, candy ect. All under 5 dollars, hints the name. It wasn't to busy while I was there but it does get pretty busy on the weekends, which i try to avoid. There is so much stuff everywhere it gets messy stuff just thrown everywhere looks like a mild hurricane hit the store. But staff was friendly and helpful
