Excellent service at this location, special kudos to Mikhail, we needed 48 sq ft of tile flooring & she checked every box of tiles to make sure none of the contents had chipped or cracked.

I’m not the type to make any kind of reviews anywhere but my husband and i were treated poorly we came out of your store very upset Therefore I would like to report an issue with one of your employee named SOFIA we were present on Dec,14 2024.
her attitude towards us was awful she was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Which was very disappointing. Please address this issue so future interactions towards clientele are more positive.
I’m really sorry and embarrassed for having to write this unfortunate issue although i wouldn’t want any more customers have the same unfavorable behavior because of her.

Ms. Jo thank you so much. I went to Lowe's and Home Depot flooring department and no one knew what a spline was to facilitate installing hardwood in an opposite direction from the same section of hardwood and they sell engineered hardwood.......... Actually even the employee at Floor and Decor that I spoke with on the phone "never heard of it" and did not know... I asked for a manager and Ms. Jo was put on the call. She really saved me. I was sure to thank her when I arrived and purchased a dozen of them. I hope the spelling is correct. Ms. Jo is awesome and very kind.

My husband and I went in today and had the pleasure of running into Ashley G.. She answered every single question we could throw at her. Not only did she explain everything well, she didn’t make us feel dumb for not knowing. She even sent us with a page to see the cost of exactly what we need. A boat load of tile and flooring choices. If you can't find what you like in those categories it probably doesn't exist. No carpets just so you know in advance.
