Maybe you should change carriers... Ordered an ipad cover on april 3, UPS can't seem to be able to deliver in a reasonable time. April 17 now and got a message they incorrectly sorted my package. Now I have no ETA for my order... UPS are clowns...

Ordered a yoke mount from FlyBoys. I got an actual call from the store letting me know it will not be in stock for a couple weeks. We quickly decided on a replacement product and they provided a discount for the inconvenience. I thought the customer service was outstanding!!!!!

Great stuff! Basically the standard in kneeboards and the rings and pages are excellent too.

Don't shop here. Terrible customer service. They refuse to take responsibility for their own mistake and refuse the return based on technicality or those little disclaimers. Would do anything to get away from helping a customer. I was looking to purchase a kneeboard and checklist pages. My flight instructor recommended Flyboys. So I hopped on their website and want to buy directly from them. On the kneeboard page, there is a link to "Related product." Naturally they should be compatible. Right? No. I bought oversize pages and they are too big. It would be one thing if I didn't look and made a mistake. I actually spent hours browsing and thoroughly went through information on the site. There is no dimensions or spec listed on the kneeboard page. I even jump to other sites that sell their product to find the details. With all the disclaimer that put out to protect themselves, there is no information to warn customers that the oversize checklist does not fit or simply just link to the ACTUAL compatible products would suffice. I called the company and explain the situation. The technicalities they gave me were: - How do we know you're not buying the checklist pages for other kneeboard? - You could have call to confirm (said the company that does e-commerce). - Some people prefer the oversize pages with this particular kneeboard. - "Related products" are just generic products. (Not necessary compatible) - We are not responsible for shipping. It's our policy. They claimed that they don't up-charge the shipping fee. That's a lie. I was charged for FedEx ground ($8.48). They shipped my order in a flat rate 2-day Priority Mail envelope via USPS ($7.25). The package arrived 9 days after the day the order was placed (6 business days). In order for me to get the products I want I have to pay for 3 rounds of shipping. In this century where free shipping and free return are readily available everywhere, they are going backward in time. I just started my pilot training and am looking to buy so many more gears as you know. I will return everything I bought and will not come back here. Don't waste your time with their pesky return policy.
